Hi Zygintas,

I have searched in our support channels and found the conversation you had with my colleague. You complained about a Stop-Loss not executed at the price you set. We use Purple Trading as our broker and liquidity providers to simulate real market conditions. Having a SL not executed at the price is perfectly normal in the real market and a trader must be aware of this. My colleague even forwarded your request to the broker to get the explanation. She explained everything to you and even forwarded you tick by tick data so you could see exactly what happened.

The very key part of our evaluation model is risk management and trader's ability to stick to the risk management rules. We do not state it is easy to do so, but we are seeking for successful and profitable traders who can manage the risk and achieve the goals.

Dear DAG badman,

We do not provide any funds. We do not claim that anywhere. We obviously encourage everyone to read Terms & Conditions before signing up with EverTrader. Further, we also encourage everyone to read our FAQs where you will find how we operate. For your convenience, here is the excerpt of how EverAccount works copy pasted from our publicly available FAQ:

"The EverAccount is a virtual demo account simulating real market environment by using liquidity providers. This is where you will trade in the EverTrader Evaluation program and as an EverTrader.

Our partner firm monitors this EverAccount in real-time and, through our proprietary algorithm, considers and selects the orders you enter, which it can then execute on the real market. This is how it works in all stages of our cooperation and what allows us to better manage overall risk.

The distribution is always based on the performance of your EverAccount. Your profits never depend on whether your trades are executed by our algorithm or not."

Regarding your statement about profitable traders and fees (that we actually return after passing Phase 1) there is nothing to explain as you have zero knowledge on how our business works and you are only blindly guessing. What is the most important is that our clients are satisfied which also holds the truth.

Dear Waqas,

We are very open to any kind of constructive criticism that would lead to improving our product and services. Since you are calling us "scammers" and mentioning "hidden rules" which is only spreading lies and damages our reputation, we would like to clear a few things up here for others to make their own opinion on the case.

First, thank you for mentioning low spreads and good slippages.

Now to your negative points I believe it is best to share publicly an excerpt of the e-mail you have received from our review desk:

Unfortunately, your account breached one of our rules stated in our Terms & Conditions under point 16.7:

- gambling (for example making the majority of profits from a single trade or a series of trades of the same asset and then placing small trades to fulfill the minimum trading days rule)

Explanation:

After manually checking your EverTrader account with ID XYZ, we noticed results and trading style that do not comply with our rules. On the account you are requesting to review, you entered a position of one asset of a total volume of 15.03 lots on which you made a profit of 13,158.77 USD and then another 7,085 USD with 10 lots. That's a total profit of $20,243.77. Your ending balance is $20,116.51.

In other trades, your lot volumes have dropped significantly and you have traded only 0.01 lot in the last 2 days, just to meet the minimum trading days rule. We need to see at least 5 full trading days with your strategy at each stage so that we can validate it and not just a small sample of trades that will bring the most profits. In your case, it is all of the profit. The situation is exactly the same on your second account with ID XYZ. Most of the profit was made on 2 trades, which additionally overlap with trades on the previous account (!!!). Furthermore, only 0.01 lot is traded, which is yet again clearly against our rules.

That said, we are absolutely not against trading one instrument. In fact, many of our traders of course do and they are successful. But we are unable to evaluate your stragy in a few big trades. These are the trades opened just for meeting the minimum trading rules on both accounts:

Now to your statement of "hidden rules". We mention this in our FAQ, we mention this VERY clearly in our terms & conditions that you accepted while purchasing and we even went a step further and developed a "Quiz" that everyone at EverTrader is very encouraged to take before starting the evaluation. The purpose of the quiz is EXACTLY to avoid situations like this and ensure you understand all our rules. You skipped the Quiz and started to trade. We clearly do not hide anything.

Last but not least - our review desk was in a constant contact with you and exchanged around 30 e-mails with you. Although you clearly breached one of our rule, we could have just terminate your account as stated in our terms and conditions. We did not do that and offered you 2 solutions - a retake for both accounts or a full refund. You chose full refund which was processed IMMEDIATELY. Your review makes it look like we have not done this either.

We wish you good luck in your next endeavours with other prop firms. For your own benefit, we highly recommend you to get familiar with the rules our competitors have before starting up the evaluation/challenge so you do not have to falsely accuse them of being "scammers" after you find "hidden rules".

Our management is now considering dropping the consistency rule and what it would mean when it comes to our risk management.
