This is genuinely a great scheme
This is genuinely a great scheme! I’ve saved loads in cash back, mainly on Tesco vouchers, but also on big purchases from Argos and other stores. You can order vouchers as you stand at the checkout and they are ready to use in 30s.
I ordered one voucher in error, and wasn’t able to use it on the product I wanted to buy. Totally my fault, the info was in the t’s and c’s. Everup contacted the retailer for me and managed to get me a refund, against all the odds.
I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic communication from Everup…
Fantastic communication from Everup when I had an issue. I raised it via their website and had a response via email very quickly after. The issue itself was a fault with the retailer and a gift card I had purchased wasn't loading properly. It was resolved within a few hours. I was notified it was resolved and I really can't fault my communication with them at all. Generally the app works well and it's a great way to earn money back on purchases you would be making anyway. Highly recommend.

Don't buy Boots E gift cards via Everup
It's good way to get cash back with daily shopping, just be careful with some retailers, I had horrible experience with Boots gift cards, I wouldn't recommand to buy any Boots gift cards via Everup, Everup service couldn't help to solve the problem, Boots customer service is a nightmaire to deal with, so avoid at all cost.

Customer support not responding
Signed up and bought vouchers with no problem. This gave me over £30 cashback. When I went to withdraw it, my account suddenly said it was restricted (but not why) and to contact support. I emailed them 12 days ago and have yet to hear back.
I then tried to log in again and it said my password was incorrect, so I reset it. I could not log in and emailed support again 14th April. I have now done this reset 3 times and still cannot log in.
Nobody from support has emailed me back and I cannot find a phone number for them. I have over £30 cashback I cannot access.
Cant help feeling I have been scammed!!

ACTION FRAUD REPORT FILED - REF: RF26040212857C - Withholding Funds
I am writing this to warn others. EverUp is currently withholding £416.29 of my cash balance. I have been forced to file a formal report with Action Fraud (Crime Reference: RF26040212857C ) after their principal, Modulr, flagged that the funds appear to have been "swiped" into an internal EverUp account rather than being safeguarded correctly.
The company is providing defunct and non-working contact details for liquidators to obstruct my claim. I have an open support ticket (11190) and have contacted the CEO, Giuseppe Caltabiano, directly.
I will only update this review once my funds are returned. Until then, be extremely careful—they are trading and taking new deposits while refusing to return existing customer money.

We are unable to discuss specific details publicly, but we can confirm that we do not withhold customer funds arbitrarily, and all actions are taken in accordance with applicable regulations.
