Everything they said about the glasses was a lie and refund? Forget it, they've got your money, job done 😡

This is a scam!! They claim you signed up for a prescription and continue to take money from your credit card. They said if we returned the unopened product we would get a refund. We returned the product which we never ordered in the frst place and they still refuse to refund us. Be warned!!

It’s a scam , I ordered one at the price of £49.16 and they took another £63.01 out my account and said I subscribed for monthly, I would never subscribe for more when I hadn’t even tried the first one, and it wasn’t even the same amount of money, do not waste your money ,just a con

I NEVER received the product, plus they set up a subscription that I didn't authorise, so I had to cancel my card.

I purchased EverVision based on their advertised “Better vision or it’s free” 90-day money-back guarantee.

My order from November did not arrive until January, despite multiple attempts to contact support and cancel the subscription. Once the product finally arrived, I received multiple shipments totaling 9 bottles.

I attempted to return the product and was instructed (through what appeared to be customer support) to send bottles back, but never received confirmation or a refund.

When I later requested a refund under the 90-day guarantee, I was repeatedly offered only a 40% partial refund instead of honoring the full guarantee. The company also required return shipping at my expense and added additional conditions that were not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

After continued follow-up, the company confirmed the guarantee applied, but still would not clearly confirm the full refund amount in writing.

This process has been confusing, time-consuming, and inconsistent with what was advertised.

I recommend that consumers carefully review the refund terms and document everything if they choose to purchase.

Absolute scam. Evervision USA turns out to be some obscure Chinese 'manufacturer'. God knows what is in these capsules - I won't even try them. Straight to the bin. Utterly untrustworthy in my opinion - avoid.

Their 14-in-1 carotenoids supplement for vision care is a white powder. These carotenoids are intensely/colored:orange to red. Draw your own conclusion. Also, these things are usually formulated in oil in gelatin capsules.

In the middle of December ‘25 I place a once a month subscription (legal and responsible Co. do it) well in the middle of February’26 they mailed and withdraw from my account without permission 12 bottles, 2 or 4 every other week after sending e-mails of cancellation (which were ignored)
So don’t trust the Co. or the Product, cause when you have a Quality product you don’t need to steal customers that you will never have again and if I can tell people you will have just one time customers, I did take my first bottle and was waking up with my eyes extremely dry. UNTRUSTING
Terrible experience, they have no phone#, no address, and no answers to unsubscribing or cancellations

I ordered these eye capsules as there was a 90 day money back guarantee. Having used them for a month, I realised that there was absolutely no difference in my vision, so asked for a refund, when they put every obstacle in my. I still haven't got a refund and to add insult to injury, they've charged me a further £110 for a subscription I didn't authorise
