Do not order from this company!! Their website states there is a 30 day money back guarantee but it's an absolute lie. We ordered green suits but received teal suits which could not be used for the event we needed them for. We emailed the company within 2 days of receipt to request the return address and refund. They refused to provide the return address; instead, they offered a partial refund of 50%. After going back and forth 4 times via email, we had to dispute the charge through the bank to receive our funds back.

Website appears to be domestic but shipped from overseas and took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. The fit and quality is not what what I expected. I contacted customer service to initiate a refund. They offered to replace the items with different sizes at a reduced processing and shipping fee. The sizes I ordered are correct but don't fit well and the quality isn't as expected. (Pant legs of jumpsuit are too short.) I explained this and they offered a 10% refund or 50% store credit. Return policy states within 30 dates of delivery date. They offered replacement again with preferred sizes for no charge and no need to return. I replied stating the sizes are right but I would just like to return the items for a refund. Seems impossible to return.

I ordered 2 LINEN shirts from this company. One arrived which was 100% polyester garbage, and the linen hoodie i ordered might be linen but is not even close to the quality shown on the website. I have written to them but have not heard a reply yet. I am allergic to polyester, hence ordering LINEN, very dissapointing. what a let down. do NOT reccommend.

Warning. Do not buy from this company. Photos are great but there’s no way those are the items you will receive. They use descriptions like linen and cotton. The items I received looked, fit, and felt more like the same cheap fabrics used to make the halloween costumes for kids. Cheap nylon, unfinished hems, nothing like described or pictured. The shoes felt and looked like they were made from the lightest cheapest materials. I’d be afraid to walk in them. So sick of these bogus companies selling cheap clothes and tricking us into buying inferior designs and materials. I had to contact my bank to do a charge back in spite of the multiple offers from Everwyn to refund 10-40% of the total and I get to keep the items. No thanks. I got my full refund and I get to keep the items. I’d be embarrassed to donate them to Goodwill.

I ordered a blue 100 % cotton long skirt. I chose the 3X size. I received the correct skirt in a girls size clearly marked on the lable. I took pictures of the return policy which states no problem no questions asked. I uploaded a picture of their return policy and all the appropriate information in my email request for either the correct size or a refund. They offer several options that was only an advantage to them. 10% off the wrong size one they sent or 50% a new item. Finally they, after I verified the order information to them they said to keep the skirt and pay for shipping of the correct size skirt $9.95 I reluctantly agreed to it in order to move things along. Now they are saying that the new skirt will be the same size as they don't go any higher than 3X. I said send it 3X was what I wanted in the first place. I have requested either the new skirt and keep the old one for $9.95 or refund my money. I think they are ghosting me now .Nothing no reply. I sent one last email hoping but I won't hold my breath. The whole site is a total scam. The distributor is in America but the company uses a Netherlands phone number and I think it all come originally from China. Rip off!!!!

Poor quality clothing. Shipped from China, so it takes at least three weeks to get item and it’s cost prohibitive to return item. I don’t recommend purchasing from the China based company due quality, shipping and return policy.

Do not order from Everwyn Michigan. Products may look nothing like the ad. There is NO customer service. You cannot make a return. You cannot get a refund. This is definitely a scam.

Another company from China, Pretending they are in the US. I ordered a medium dress. The slip seems to fit, but the outer flowy part is a 2XXL It is awful and way too big. It goes down to the middle of my shins. I let them know that I need to return the dress if they could give me a return lable and full refund since nothing about the order is correct. CRICKETS!! They are SCAM. It looks nothing like the picture. I ordered the end of July. Receiced Aug 24th.

This company is a scam. I ordered a three x shirt, and I don’t know where it’s made but it’s not even close to 3X. I reached out at three different occasions, via email and have heard nothing back as far as a refund and return is concerned.

I ordered a "cotton blend" polo shirt for its breathability. What I received was a polo shirt made from 75% polyester, 20% rayon and 5% spandex. Despite the website claiming easy returns, they have refused to take it back and give me a refund. Instead, they offer a discount on future purchases. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and encourage others to do the same.

Don't buy from them. Another website claiming "30 day money back guarantee" and "we're here to help" but they won't refund you or help you make an exchange once they have your money because they're in the Netherlands. AVOID TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I wouldn't recommend to purchase from this website to anybody!!! Everything they have there are cheap, low-quality trash that they sell for a high price! I ordered a Parke Sweatshirt from them because the pricing and everything seemed legit. When it arrived, i noticed that it's a bad knock-off of the original!!! When I mentioned this to the Support Team, all they did was to offer me a ridiculous 10% refund ir a 50% store credit, as if I would purchase something from their shitty website again! Never again!!!!!!

This company is running a scam. Buyer beware! Do not fall pray to their tactics.
Upon receiving the merchandise, it is evident that the items are counterfeit and do not match the authentic products and descriptions marketed online. Furthermore, they clearly display a 30 day money back guarantee on their website which they refused to honor (they seem unaware that posted return policies are legally enforceable as a contract, by law)
This constitutes a breach of contract and a violation of consumer protection laws regarding unfair and deceptive practices.

The company is a fake drop shipping company, you will get your product probably 4 to six weeks out if your lucky, the package flops from YuanExpress to Last mile shipping, sits in pending states forever.. probably some kid in his basement with openclaw. I finally got my shirt, cheap material. Its like they took a cheap dress shirt and cut the sleeves off.. avoid this company.

I purchased a white dress. The material was not as described and the workmanship on the dress was horrible. I couldn’t even wear it. I asked for a refund and they offered 20%. Honestly, everything was a bad experience shipping took almost 8 weeks. Do not purchase from this company if you don’t want to be severely disappointed and lose 80% of your investment.

I ordered a linen shirt. It fits and looks fine. What showed up after almost 2 weeks is 95% linen, and 5% polyester. They are not Michigan based. They are not based in the Netherlands. It's Chinese. The shipping came from China, and the tag says Made in China. I wouldn't order from them again. For what I received, it should have been $8, not $40. Find someone more reputable.

I have sent 3 emails and tried to contact through the form to return an item and have heard nothing!! They do not list the sizing and then when the item does not fit you CAN'T return! They should not state that they provide exchanges or returns when they clearly do not.

SCAM ALERT.

I ordered one product and after a long wait received something completely different. Not even close to what I paid for.

When I contacted them, they refused to provide a return label or a full refund and hid behind a “no returns” policy. That policy does not apply when YOU send the wrong item.

Instead of fixing their mistake, they offered me 15 percent, then 35 percent refund and told me to keep something I never ordered and do not want. So they send the wrong product and expect you to just accept part of your money back.

This is not a mistake, this feels like a tactic. You order one thing, receive something else, and they refuse to take it back.

Avoid this company at all costs.
