I wish that I had seen these reviews before buying these hearing aids. In common with the comments of others, I understood that these were supposed to be invisible in use. They don’t even stay in the ears and protrude. It’s a huge scam by the look of it, no contact details or way of returning the aids or the 45 day return promise etc. Disgraceful.

My credit card company is now looking into this they gave me my money back temporarily till they investigate I have now received tonight only 5days late after my credit card investigated it

If I could give zero stars i would. Absolutely awful company. Ordered the hearing aids with the full 30 day guarantee.. completely ignoring me sent 4 emails no reply. So I will be taking further action

I was told the hearing aids would arrive in two days,I ordered them on 30th January,still not arrived,I paid by PayPal ,so thought it would be safe,but if they don’t arrive soon I will be contacting PayPal.

Ordered these hearing aids in good faith , they are too large and very uncomfortable have sent emails to return and they haven’t returned my messages on how to do this.
I paid £54.95 and as a pensioner I can’t afford to lose this money, I already have a nhs aid and thought these wouldn’t be as obtrusive how wrong was I and customer service doesn’t seem to exist

I ordered a usb stick with software. The stick arrived blank.
No response to emails.

Received a reply that tells you nothing. The stick is not recognised as a boot disc, it has no functioning software installed.
Total rip-off company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought two USBs that were advertised as cleaning up a your misfunctioning tired computer.
Finally arrived, Two completely blank 8GB"Flash Drives" All packaging in Chinese, Awaiting reply to my complaint.

Waited a month for a PC Boost Stick via Royal Mail it said, what arrived was a blank
8GB USB stick, no software nothing. Avoid!
Also came via Evri.

Wouldnt of give 1 if 0 was available.
I didnt even recieve my product or didnt get a refund as they said evri had delivered it with a photo what easnt the product i purchased and plus it was ment to be delivered by royal mail. I emailed and also pit a vomplaint in through the shop app and nothing. People stsy clear of this company.

The hearing aids arrived, but they weren’t of any use to me. Nowhere in the package I received is any information about how to return them if they are unsuitable despite the company offering a 30 day money back guarantee. I have sent three emails now quoting my order number and asking how I should return them. As they have not replied, I am going to take up a complaint with my credit card company asking for a full refund in the absence of any communication from this company. I WOULD ADVISE ANYBODY NOT TO TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!

Sounds like I’m not on my own😡! Paid £24.95 for some prostate meds a couple of weeks ago. Several updates re delivery - nothing arrived. Have sent 3 messages asking where my delivery is - all emails ‘can’t be delivered’ after multiple attempts.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner. I ordered the hearing aids. They were meant to be on route with the courier and for no reason the courier took the hearing aids back.
Ive been emailing the company with any response.

Order placed July 19th order was sent end of August Mix up with courier so ended up returning the package back to Evia. Since then I emailed everyday to get my item no joy! The only person to reply is person by name of Sam. After weeks I contacted Courier Evri myself to be told that item has been returned. I then sent another email was told I needed to pay another £7 to re send out my item ! which I did still no item yet another email know saying waiting for item to be returned 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 absolutely disgusting service they won't let you speak to anyone please don't waste your money like me 😞

Evia hearing aids. or Audiora is another name used are not to be trusted. sent from Hong Kong. They say a 30 day guaranteed return policy.
I found them totally unsuitable and trying to find out how to return is impossible.
They want proof of purchase but dont send you a receipt, then they will consider it .This is after they take the time to send you a form to fill out and return to Hong Kong.If it could cost you £15. Good luck with this company.

My husband bought hearing amplifier from them.they were no use at all.kept falling out of his ears,despite trying the different sized ear plugs.contacted multiple times for a refund.no reply at all.this is now 3 weeks down the line.don't t be scammed.
