We have replaced the gas boiler because, as you know, there is no system better than Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pump and Batteries (especially) when combined. Your Energy Performance Certificate and household emissions are now massively effected in a positive way.

Thank you kindly for sharing such a heartwarming review about the back up service offered by us here at Evo Eco Homes.

It's a pleasure to see that after your experience with the Stiebel Eltron air source heat pump installation that you chose us again to install a Solar PV and Battery System as the next step for your home.

This will provide cheap/free energy for the heating, hot water and your home to use.

Some control systems for heating systems can be difficult to follow but this has gotten easier since this system was installed. We believe that this is why it is so important to select the correct installation company in the first place.

Although we try to make the installation, consideration and implementation of Air Source Heat Pumps or any renewable technology to be as easy as possible. It is true that these system can be complex in nature and the change from Oil/Gas/Storage can be tricky and each installation is expertly and bespokely designed for you. Much of this is covered by us for you will not need to be too involved unless this is necessary.

Sometimes there are unforeseen challenges can occur but we are prepared for them as you have kindly made testament to in this review. We know that this can be a worrying time for our clients and we will always be here to assist you. We will endeavour to make things right as quickly as possible.

It is not that problems happen it is how we respond that is the point here. Thank you for your kind words on this.

With regards to the Solar Installation then the Batteries had a fault from the manufacturer. There is not much that we can do when we have bought the equipment in advance in good faith.

In this case, we decided with you to change the batteries to a different product. This is because the lead times were not acceptable from the manufacturer from a customer service viewpoint.

This was a very difficult time to source batteries as there was a lack of equipment overall in the country due to the supply chain issues that we were all facing during the pandemic. So, to receive this 5 star review is really significant for us.

As you have recognised above, we are small company that have been trying our best to grow in a difficult, regulated and highly technical environment.

We will not be in a race to the bottom but we are competitive on price and if you plan on installing a system that you will be proud of (as we are) and that actually works then we know that you could do a lot worst then putting us to the top of your list.

We are glad that you are enjoying the systems now that they are up and running and please do rest assured that we will always be here to assist you as we always have been.

This Cascaded Nibe Air Source Heat Pump installation into your large Grade II Listed Elizabethan cottage (nearly 500 Years old) has now seen four extremely cold winters and it is great to hear that the installation team and the final product has exceeded your expectations during this time.

From time to time, teething issues will occur but it is how we address them that is always the answer. So, I am glad to hear that these issues have now been ironed out successfully.

I know that we have installed a Solar PV, Batteries and a Car Charging Unit for you also since this installation has been completed. You have also recommended us to quite a few others. The Installation times with us are very quick when compared with the industry standards as we are often fitting in 2/3 days even with the more complex homes and workplaces.

We are glad that the disruption was less than expected. We find that it really is much less of inconvenience than most people initially expect with no redecoration needed in almost all examples.
