I purchased a strimmer on B&Q WEBSITE by was delivered by the seller Evo Fitness and Sports limited.
On receiving the product I set up the strimmer for it not to work at all even though the battery was fully charged. I have contacted the verified seller on three occasions to no avail. I would like a refund PLEASE.

Wrong item sent. No one to contact. They have an email address and a section on their website for you to get in touch. However no one gets back to you. I was sent the wrong item. I simply wanted to swap the incorrect item they sent me for the item I ordered and have paid for. But no this does not appear to be happening. Very disappointed.

Caution! Intentionally hidden payment terms after trial to lead people into extensive payment cycles.

I signed up for a trial in Berlin, but didn't enjoy the vibe of the studio. It is very futuristic and automated and without staff, which felt uncomfortable to me. So I decided not to visit again. However, for the trial I received multiple Emails, amongst which there was a hardly noticeable term that the trial automatically converts into a very expensive payment plan (EUR70/month). I did not visit even once after the trial and did not notice the monthly withdrawal for a while. There was no Email or other kind of notification informing me about the payments, and I never even received an invoice via Email.
This is an intentional manner of abusing people's trust to make significant revenue. For this alone, I can absolutely not recommend this provider as a trustworthy or customer caring company.

This is my second time ordering from EvoFitnessShop. The product quality is good, no doubt. But the customer service experience has been really frustrating.

I ordered a small size belt but needed a large. I emailed them five times for the same query, and the response was painfully slow. I returned the belt at my own cost (£5) and asked for either a refund or a large size, but again – no timely reply. They claim customers have to pay return costs if it's their fault, but that’s not acceptable. Most companies offer free 30-day returns.

On top of that, they didn’t even include the wrist wraps, which usually come in a small belt bag. This time, everything came thrown in a basic plastic bag. It feels like they’re dropping their standards.

I hope they sort these issues out – I genuinely like the product, but I’m not sure I’ll order again if things stay like this.

I had a trial abbonament and i was very happy. The location at Berggasse is special, next to Freud Museum. It is a quiet and well equipped studio. A joy attending my trainings.

perfect place for everyone who wants to focus on training rather than showing off. sparkling clean, super nice stuff.

All the gear is the best out there for price durability and quality, better than all competitors without a doubt as I’ve used so many mma brands in the past 12 years. Good customer service too.

Recommend. I’ve used Evo products for 3 months in MMA, boxing & kickboxing. All products have been high quality, long lastin, very nice looking and comfortable to wear. The description of products via website or amazon is accurate. Plenty of colours to choose from & overall a very good range of combat sports products for lower prices. I have also tried the Muay Thai shorts and been training in them multiple times - comfortable and not a problem at all with the stitches

Absolutely amazing company, lovely to work with. Helping me with my upcoming fight by providing me with the best equipment needed! Lovely staff always helpful and keeping me up to date with their products. Couldn't suggest a better company to work with for cheap and good quality equipment!!
