I initially had placed a 1 star review, but due to a methodical and common sense approach by one of their staff who has been most helpful in resolving my complaint. I have to update my review to 5 stars.

Great price, easy transaction & very quick delivery

Efficient service and quality products

Bought a new QB2 motocaddy push trolley. Great price and arrived very quickly. Easy to open up and collapse, neat fit, solid and well built. Very happy!

Excellent customer service. I received my putter within48 hours of ordering it.

These guys are great. The discount after joining their club took 15% off the price of an electric trolley and I got a free gift. Unbeatable value. Also had a first class service and excellent communication. Recommended to my friends and will use again.

Ordered over £2300 of equipment from this place. My *free.gift* of a umbrella holder for my £1000 trolley never arrived. Contacted them on numerous occasions and *it's just arrived, it was *out of stock* we're posting it today etc etc etc. Still waiting on it months later. Will never shop here again all because of a £30 umbrella holder.

Got contacted direct by Jack at Evolution who went above and beyond to resolve issue. The missing item has been posted today and are being delivered tomorrow by DPD and have proof of delivery. Along with this Jack included a great gesture of TP5 balls. Customer service has went from 1 star to 5 stars within 24 hrs. If anyone has any issues with evolution golf I suggest you contact them and ask to speak to Jack Williams direct who will resolve ASAP.

Once order was placed, delivery was extremely prompt. Arrived next day as promised.

I really wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately I cannot.

I ordered two Ping clubs from Evolution, the product itself was absolutely fine, but the service was disappointing. Communication was poor throughout. I had to chase for updates every time; nothing was proactively shared with me. I understand delays can happen and some things are beyond their control, but communication is not one of them.

Eventually, Alex stepped in and took control of the situation, which was a welcome change. He offered some options and, as a goodwill gesture, promised to include a sleeve of balls with my order. The clubs eventually arrived, over a month later, but the promised balls were missing.

I followed up three times, but have since been ignored.

This has left a sour taste. I will put it down to experience, but I felt it was only fair to share my honest account. This review could have been a lot better.

I ordered a PING Bunkr wedge from this company over 8 days ago. Still not arrived!
Worst delivery time for any golf goods company that I have ever had. Sadly disappointed. That’s a good business model, take the customers’ cash get interest on their money payment and the customer has not received the goods? I could have driven to Bournemouth and back to Scotland and have the order quicker than this. Sadly I was not kept up to speed by email or text. I had to follow things up by telephoning several times. Would dearly like an amicable resolution. DPD are being blamed for the delay wrongly by Evolution Golf , it was Evolution Golf’s fault, I receive goods from DPD regularly always given details of delivery date and time. And always delivered in the time period stated.Ordered on 7th May 2025, and delivered on 16/5/25 am !
I was told by one of the Evolution Golf staff on the phone that the club was a preorder and there had been a delay but that was yesterday Thursday 15th of May. Come on guys Jackanory! Are we to look through the round window?🤣
In your reply you state you have offered compensation and additional support. You have not done this ! So why state that you have?
That is not a good way to conduct business with purchasers of golf equipment.
The club arrived and the black dot above the PING name on the BunKR wedge, most of the paint is missing and there is damage at the coating on the Ferrel? Returning the club, to Evolution Golf , to send to PING. My friend is PGA Pro, and stocks PING clubs , he told me to send it straight back.
