Very rushed service. They've try to be quick to get the next customer. No consultation, no advise for home care, not even tell us what's need to do before come for the treatment.
Not changing bed sheet after the treatment. Staff are so rushed.
Services need to improve.

pricing is expensive on laser hair removal - I went to have my usual laser hair removal and found out it was about $118 dearer at the point of sale at the shop today compared to other times I have paid and I am disappointed as I am a repeat customer and also the fact the girl tried to say it was only a $30 difference but it is not

The young girl who did my face laser treatment was amazing. She did a very good job and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. Her way of talking was very polite, friendly, and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I am really happy with the service and highly recommend her.

Well, they are good at what they do. I like the way they explain things. They just need to introduce more discounts for regular customers.

The last two times I have visited in Randwick, the service was extremely poor. No cleanse before laser treatments which is quite unhygienic and no cover given for your when lying on the bed, leaving you fully exposed. Very clear that rooms are not sanitised and cleaned down in between uses and treatments are completely rushed. No aftercare provided either with moisturiser or anything and all around just a terrible experience. I also spent the entire day trying to get through on phone and email to confirm my appointment and got no answer. Will not be returning as service has gone downhill dramatically in recent months.

Was my first session for hair removal full body and I was a bit stressed. Stuff was excellent, felt very comfortable during the session and everything was explained in details. Very pleased with everything.

I have been to so many laser clinics but this clinic was the most honest business I am very happy with results and also their customer service is amazing!!!! They know what they are doing!!!!

I’ve been getting laser treatments at Evolution Skin Clinic Macquarie and the experience has been fantastic. The staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the very first session.

They explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured I knew what to expect before and after each treatment. The clinic itself is spotless and has a calm, welcoming vibe.

I’ve seen real results with my skin and feel so much more confident. No hard selling, just honest advice and effective treatment. Highly recommend them for anyone considering laser!

I always have my treatments here but unfortunately the girl I normally see had left and I was disappointed as I never find the other girls I’ve had as thorough. Today I booked in for full legs Brazilian underarms lip and chin and the girl was looking over me like a fine tooth comb all over my legs and underarms she said oh sorry I can see you have shaved but it’s very patchy and it will ruin our machine. The hair on my legs after so many treatments is very thin and sparingly and when I was getting dressed as she refused to do it I put my glasses on and I could not see anything on my legs. When I got home I showed my husband and even he couldn’t see any hair. The appointment was at 12.50 right in the middle of my day and for her to turn me away was so rude. The whole experience was terrible. I won’t go back I’ll got to laser clinic now as for someone to lay undressed on a table and be made feel like that is disgusting.

I've been dealing with hormonal acne and started weekly LED light therapy sessions with an occasional acne peel at the Randwick clinic and the results have been amazing!
My skin has completely transformed. Huge thanks to Annalissa - she's so knowledgeable, gentle with my skin and always so lovely to deal with. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

They said they delivered fat-sucking treatment; they did not and I'm hundreds of dollars out of pocket because it didn't work! I thought fat treatment might be a good idea so I booked two treatments as suggested on the FAQ page. During the initial session, there was no consultation to discuss potential treatment options; I was immediately directed to proceed with the therapy. I was asked whether measurements or photos could be taken not knowing they are important to the procedure being a nice out for you. This importance was not explained to me. Had it been the case, I would have accepted them. The second session felt markedly different from the first, particularly in how the treatment was administered. Clearly the operator was a much more experienced that the first. The difference in the "service" was stark, especially with the application of the equipment to my belly. The first operator was new and unexperienced. Their adverts do not state a minimum of three sessions as explained during the second session let alone three sessions per month. If there are three required, you SAY they are required. It's a simple case of do what you say and say what you do and not mislead your customers. I was NOT cautioned that the treatment might not work. That is a lie. After two months, I expressed that I didn't want to continue investing in an ineffective treatment, only to be told that a minimum of three sessions was required, contrary to your website's terms and conditions, which stated two to three sessions. The service was not completed on their end and NSW Fair Trading are involved. They said they delivered; they did not.

These have GOT to be fake reviews. Scam to say the least about their fat-sucking. What they promise on their website is just to suck you in. You will go through a LOT of money by the time you finish with them. AND, it doesn't work! NSW Fair Trading is involved.
