Superb customer service experience!

Martin has bent over backwards to help me, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt.

Terrible always terrible

Terrible never have what i need and im there every month and they can't be bothered to order items in because they are too busy playing pool, hanging and chatting with mates. Then after my purchase I asked for receipt printer out of paper went to fetch oh no wrong size. Seriously guys sort your shop and stock out. Also 2 different points loyalty systems with website and shop what the heck.The only thing that Evolution Vaping is doing right/wrong constantly is going down hill. Thanks a bunch

Not Delivered

Paid for next day delivery, just after despatch I was informed that delivery will take at least three times this long but in a display of utter pettiness, so-called 'Customer Service' have completely refused to refund the Next Day charge.

I'd give this zero stars if possible due to the total lack of customer service. Vaping101, LegionofVapers, etc never let me down like this. Won't be returning unless they get a grip.

The response below contradicts advice provided by Which and Citizens Advice. Not to mention the tone of so-called Customer Service Manger who appears to think that his belittling tone is constructive. Not one apology has been offered, a truly arrogant approach.

Simply saying sorry when the rest of the conversation contradicts your assertion demonstrates complete insincerity. It's falls short of acceptable in the same way your lack of understanding of consumer protection legislation does. To extract one paragraph from five, taking it out of context whilst ignoring the other key points proves this. For example you claimed you were not responsible for the delivery, even stating it's "out of our control", despite legislation clearly stating "this means the retailer is liable for the services provided by the couriers it employs - the delivery firm is not liable". It also states "if your delivery is later than agreed and it was essential that it was delivered on time, then you have the right to cancel the purchase and get a full refund", yet your terms contradict this piece of legislation and you preferred to argue over £3 which you finally offered to refund after many wasted hours. Which demonstrates the atrocious customer service you are responsible for delivering. Stop arguing and accept your shortfalls.

You have demonstrated zero empathy, and merely hide behind excuses. I proved that you are responsible for the delivery and you still need to have the last word, despite those words contradicting legislation as Citizens Advice have confirmed. I'll believe them over you for obvious and rational reasons.

Vaping forums are littered with similar tales about you.

Hi Phil,
Thank you for your review, ill recap the last 24hours of back and forth via email.

You placed your order on Sunday night at 7.00pm, we shipped your parcel on Monday and it left with our Daily DPD collection.

Your parcel was then received by the Glasgow DPD Depot - to which they have stated due to the Glasgow depot being at capacity there is a delay.

You have contacted us demanding for the £3 shipping to be refunded as we havent fulfilled the service that you have paid for.

We have sent you screen shots from multiple places on the website stating that the DPD Next Day service isnt a guaranteed service and does have a 98% success rate of getting there the next day, this is available for you to view on our shipping page along with at the checkout where you have to select the shipping method.

We have mentioned multiple times that we can get this parcel returned to sender if you no longer want it, which we are still awaiting a response on.

You have then gone forward stating that we are in breach of consumer rights and proceeded to show us a snippet from "Which" that stated "There is a default delivery period of 30 days during which the retailer needs to deliver the goods to you unless a longer period has been agreed." which i am a little confused about as currently its day 2.

We have been monitoring this shipment, and we have had an update from DPD regarding it expressing their sincere apologies, due to the depot capacity this is now going to be de delivered on the 3rd (2 days after estimated), I have again asked you if you wanted us to get this parcel returned, and have also stated within the last email due to 2 days being passed from the estimated delivery if you want to accept delivery of the parcel I will raise the credit for the £3 you paid in delivery.

If you choose to purchase from Evolution Vaping again I would recommend leaving more time for your delivery to be with you as NO Service is guaranteed and courier related delays are completely out of our hands.

The service is fast and the products…

The service is fast and the products are great.

Unfortunately in my latest delivery, there was some sticky trace of (leaked) vape juice. None of the bottles I'd ordered were leaking, so I assume it came from a different source during despatch. I still give them 5*, because this was an anomaly.

We do get from time to time leaking bottles from the manufacturer, broken lid slight nick in the bottle etc, these are generally detected before they get put into picking locations the odd few do slip through sadly affecting other items within that location, however our warehouse team should also be flagging this and giving the bottles a quick wipe over. On this occasion it looks like our processes have failed us on multiple times.

I appreciate your feedback and this has been passed over to our warehouse manager with the products in your order to give the locations a quick once over.
