Thank you for your review, I have looked at all our communication channels and cant see anything from yourself, I have tracked your parcel and can see that it was last scanned on saturday the 10th at the Croydon MC, it looks as though they are just passing your parcel from Mail Centre to Mail Centre, we will contact Royal Mail and find out whats going on with this parcel, when we get an update we will notify you by the email that is on your account.

Update: After reaching out to royal mail they have advised us that you have input the incorrect postcode when placing your order, so this parcel is going down as undeliverable and will be returned to our self.

I would have given 5 🌟 but in the description of product I brought it said ready to use but it wasn't I ad to buy rba for it I will say I won't stop shopping here because I do find alot of bits and bats I like

Took back a device in warranty and got banned!

Took back a valid return and got a refund as faulty product was within warranty and they said they would never serve me again! I was very polite. They agreed the device was faulty. They agreed that it was not my fault. However I have Autism and ADHD - I am also a Christian and wear a visible Cross. I asked for a valid reason and they said they didn’t need to give one so I can only assume Autistic people are not welcome and this is due to my Disability. Very disappointed as I knew the owner as a man of integrity when he first started out in Kingstanding when we went to his first shop. They say money is the root of all evil - well there is no integrity there now.

Unfortunately, the reply from the owner is not true the three devices returned were all faulty. First one overheated the coil so had a hot vape - that spat juice into my mouth and I got burns on my tongue. Second leaked so short circuited and third the mouthpiece came off and wouldn’t stay on. All are valid returns and I have been penalised for enforcing my statutory rights which is not ethical, moral or fair.

The manufacturers assure me that if devices are returned a retailer would get a credit note but only if an authentic device from an approved seller so no loss should be incurred to a shop for devices that are faulty by design or manufacture.

Discrimination by a shop against a person exercising their statutory rights is discrimination whether the shop recognises that or not.

Honesty and trust in business are everything and if you can’t trust a business to honour a warranty on a device without banning you, then they don’t deserve your custom.

Thank you for your review, we explained that we cant provide the service that you are after, and we do have the right to refuse service should we see fit, after multiple months and multiple devices we unfortunately have realised that our service isnt suited to yourself and that it could do more harm than good if we continue to serve yourself. We have processed returns on devices that you dont like or can't get on with at a cost to us.

We do not and will never discriminate any customer based on religion, disabilities or anything else.

Customer service is terrible They don’t…

Customer service is terrible They don’t seem to know what they are talking about and their knowledge appears that they can’t read.
I made a big mistake in buying the VooPoo Drag2 X from EV.
The mistake was buying another Drag as I already had one but as this company was pushing this new device as well as coils and the larger XL pod, I gave them a try.
I asked them what coils I would need for the larger pod and was told I needed php coils, I had read elsewhere not to buy these for the larger pod and had mentioned this to Ev but they sent their PHP pods and of course they did not fit!
I asked for them to replace the wrong coils they sent and replace them with the correct ones.
This they refused to do as the coils had been opened, only one had been taken out to try of course but for this reason they refused to take them back and insisted it was I that had ordered the wrong coils and not them who had advised and sent what they thought were correct.
So bad business in my opinion and not to be trusted with their knowledge of the product they are pushing

Thank you for your review.... however were not being truthful here are we? You emailed us the following

Melvin: "What VooPoo coils fit the XL (and is this 5.5ml) pod for the Drag X 2 Device? If so my order will be for a DRAG X2 colourful plus XL pods and coils (I am told pnp coils do not fit!)"

EVO: "We do not get told the capacity of the XL pods but we know they are larger than the 2ml. You need the PNP X replacement coils : https://www.evolutionvaping.co.uk/pnp-x-coils-5-pack-by-voopoo.html"

You then went on to order the correct coils for the drag X2 which are infact the PnP X Coils.... YOU then however proceeded to purchase PNP 2 XL Pods (The WRONG Pods)

I have now got an email chain that consist of over 20 emails of you insulting us and insisting that we have sent you the wrong coils, and you are ignoring the fact that you have ordered the wrong pod for the device. I have tried to break this down for you as easy as possible, sending you screenshots and even a breakdown of what pods and coils go for what devices, but nothing seems to be sticking.

As with all retailers, once a product has been opened and is now no longer in resalable condition we can not accept this back, especially if the error isnt our error.

Thank you for your review, according to the tracking your parcel was delivered 9th of Jan by Swiss post, if you are claiming that this parcel has not be delivered please contact us and we will go through the Denial of Receipt claim with royal mail, with this there is some information that you will need to fill out and send over to them.
