I had a couple of initial questions that were answered clearly and quickly over online chat. The process of purchasing the frame was very smooth and they handled all of the complexity of delivering the frame into the UK for me. All I had to do was wait for it to turn up on my doorstep.
It arrived really well packaged and came with everything needed to build the frame up.. The instruction manual to do this was well thought out and clear even for someone like me who had not built a bike before.
The frame itself is outstanding, the finish at the bottom bracket was perfect and the paintwork excellent.
Overall I had a great experience dealing with this company and am delighted with the end product and looking forward to putting many kilometres on the bike in the future.

When I opened the handlebar box, I was even thrilled; it's even more beautiful in person. It was assembled and I tried it out today. It's wonderful, very comfortable, and absorbs all the road's imperfections.

Even though my bike was not on the standard list, it was possible to make it work with the support of the costumer service.

Before buying I inquired if it would work. Explained what was necessary and the costumer service (Martin, very nice guy), he contacted the engineering team to develop a adaptar for the handlebars.
The whole process took some time but it was worth it in the end.

Monté avec des roues Elite-wheels Aero 53/42, un capteur de puissance Magene , c'est un bonheur de rouler avec. 7.1kg dans ma configuration. Déjà plus de 2000k à son actif :)

I’m really impressed with the Evolve Cima frameset — it’s lightweight and perfectly finished in every detail. The paint job is flawless, and the overall quality is outstanding. The bike has nothing to envy from more well-known brands. I also recommend getting it together with the matching handlebar — it looks amazing and completes the setup perfectly!

I was a bit nervous about ordering directly from this new and relatively unknown frame manufacturer from the other side of the planet from Europe but I didn't need to be. The frame, handlebars and accessories were extremely high quality and easy to assemble and had a number of unexpected bonus features I haven't seen on other bikes like the cable routing holes, seat post di2 battery clamp and thru axle finish. The assembly instructions and parts list were really clear and overall I am delighted with the finished bike build.

Me/gear: 180.5cm, 90.7kg, road biking 20+ years, owned six brands of bikes before Evolve. Equipment: Evolve CIMA Streams frame, Krueza Apex one-piece bars, Krueza bottle cages and bottles, SRAM Force E1 groupset, Elite Edge 2.0 Disc wheels, Pirelli P Zero RS tires, tpu tubes, Time Xpro 10 Pedals Carbon 57mm.

I reached out to Evolve with a tight deadline before a big race, and their responsiveness immediately stood out. Every question I had was answered quickly and with useful detail, which matters a lot when you’re trying to make a high-stakes purchase on a timeline from the opposite side of the world.

I was cross-shopping bikes from X-Lab, Quick Pro, and Evolve—all of which look like quality options. What tipped the scales was fit and geometry. The Evolve CIMA Streams in M/L felt like it was built specifically for me; the frame geometry fit was so dialed that the decision became a no-brainer.

Shipping and timing were equally impressive. Everything arrived just in time. I built the bike on Thursday, did a quick 10-mile shakedown to fine-tune the setup, loaded it up Friday, and drove nine hours for a Saturday race.

Race day was a proper test: 110 miles with long, steep, punishing climbs (including several 12%+ pitches) in hot and humid conditions. The bike performed flawlessly. Stability on high-speed descents was rock solid—one of my biggest concerns heading in, being a new and unfamiliar bike. At one point, flying through a heavily shaded section at over 40 mph, I hit a very sharp bump or crack in the road. The bike gave a sudden single wobble and then settled instantly—after that, my confidence went through the roof. The handling is composed, predictable, and “laser smooth” when it counts most. In all, on the Saturday race, I set eight new segment PR's and had another twenty two 2nd and 3rd best efforts on a course I race every year.

Excellent customer service, that is quick to respond and solution oriented.

There was a delay with some the accesories I ordered, but a solution was quickly found.

Purchased the Evolve CIMA bike frame and Kreuza handle bars. Prior to the purchase I was in contact with the CS and they were extremely helpful and fast to respond.

Once I received the bike everything was well packaged and the overall quality and finish of the frame was excellent.

Assembly was very easy to complete with the detailed instruction manual that was included.

At a late date I also ordered another seat post and the CS team was super helpful in also sending me an additional di2 battery mount with the order.

Hi, my Evolve Cima in Size ML and color Billow, is my 5th custom bike which I built by my self. Order process was easy, and got good support for checking the right size in frame handlebar and seatpost. I’m ordering wheelsets and parts directly from china for 3 years now and never had any issues. So also shipping of the frame was really smooth and only took around 2 weeks to Austria.
The frameset and all the parts where packed really secure, so no worries about scratches or any other damages.
The quality of the frame, painting, threads and all the other parts are exceptional and far better then my previous frames (Look, Orbea or Canyon). I was a big fan of the weight charts and they were absolutely accurate. No other brands provided so many details.
The building process went really smoothly, even getting the brake hoses through the handlebar was quite easy.
I also was very happy with all the additional parts for the Garmin mount, light mount, direct derailleur mount etc.
I think except of two screws of the Garmin mount all where made of titanium.
My lightweight built came out a little bit lighter then expected, for the whole bike, with pedals, etc. it is around 6,1kg whith more potential left.
I have now around 400km on the bike and it rides fabulous. It’s quite direct and stiff enough compared to my aerobike. Comfort is really good. The only thing would be to have a little bit more flare on the handlebars.
I think for this price it’s an absolute highlight and I’m really happy I have chosen the Evolve Cima.
By the way I also love this color way, whith the bare carbon insides of the fork and rearend you don’t see it on the pictures.

I didn’t find any negative on this frame, and I’m sure I will keep the bike for a long time.

Thanks to the support for the good and fast communication, there is a lot what the western brands can learn from you.

I had my Evolve Cima built up by a local bike store mechanic and he only had great things to say about the build - no troubles or issues at all.

After riding and racing the bike for just over a week now, I'm loving it!

I'm 168cm and went for a size small (with 10 degree offset seat post) and it fits perfectly. It feels a little larger than my previous bikes but I expect that's due to the shorter 160mm cranks and raised saddle height.

Equipped with a 32mm rear tyre and 30mm front, this bike is incredible comfortable to ride, corners beautifully (having raced a local crit yesterday) and taking on some good descents in the area and is quick!

Highly recommended!

Overall, could not be happier with the frame, bike, build and service I've had.

Great customer service, quick reply and helpful. The frame is very high quality and stiff without sacrificing comfort. Really enjoining my experience with evolve bicycles.

Ho acquista il telaio nel mese di agosto 2025, la bici e' completamente personalizzata con componenti di diversi marchi. Dopo aver percorso ormai un migliaio di km sulle strade della mia provincia e stiamo parlando di tante tante salite con altrettante discese ma anche pianure , posso ritenermi soddisfatto del mio acquisto. Questo e' un telaio che taglia l'aria come una spada facendo recuperare molta energia al ciclista , ancora meglio se con ruote di buon livello . Io ho scelto le elite da 36, propio per la caratteristica morfologica del mio territorio, mare o montagna sono a portata di ciclista sufficientemente allenato.

EVOLVE CIMA offre un grande aiuto per fare tutto questo, rigida e leggera allo stesso tempo. Spero di partecipare anche a qualche gran fondo per provarla anche in gara , non vedo l'ora. Voglio anche ringraziare il servizio di customer service, sono stati molto precisi nel supportarmi all'acquisto sia dal punto di vista tecnico aiutandomi a capire quale misura di telaio scegliere ,off-set etc..., ma anche dal punto di vista commerciale quando dopo aver confermato il mio ordine ho deciso di cambiare colore della bicicletta e altre parti accessorie; nessun problema in tutto questo. Servizio che non e' del tutto scontato, specialmente di questi tempi. Voglio per il momento inviarVi un grosso abbraccio da quest'altra parte del mondo . Serieta' e professionalita' in tutto insomma.

The first impression of the presentation of the box is impressive. I am very happy with the quality & finish of the frame. I am happy with the paintwork. It is on par or better than the western branded frames. There can be improvement done in the detailing of the internal of the frame. Making sure that cable routing is smooth for the installer. Routing the rear brake cable through the chain-stay was not smooth. I believe it was clogged with excess glue. The same for the front brake cable. Routing through the fork was not easy too. The exit hole on the fork steerer tube was semi blocked by either glue or carbon. I had to use some force to push the cable through. It was also hard to get the cable out from the handle bar exit holes too. The handlebar has a tight angle where the cable exits. The quality of the SRAM DUB hanger is not good. The threaded section separated from the hanger before torque of 25nm. I replaced it with an original SRAM DUB hanger. The BB threading is good. Smooth installation. Love the workmanship on the bottom bracket.

Ride quality of the frame is very good. Feels like no different from the big brands... Handling is smooth & stable. This is my first Chinese domestic frame. I am very happy with my choice & I hope Evolve will continue to improve on the design & quality.

Very nice Handlebar. Takes two weeks to get it to USA, but well worth it.

Il telaio Evolve Cima, visto tra i prodotti presentati nella primavera scorsa al Salone di Shangai, ha attirato la mia attenzione.
La descrizione nel sito web, oltre ai video pubblicati, mi hanno convinto che si trattasse di un prodotto progettato con molta cura.
Ho deciso di acquistarlo con qualche esitazione, in quanto sarebbe andato a sostituire un telaio di altissima gamma, plurivincitore di recenti Tour de France.
Il servizio clienti si è dimostrato all'altezza, le risposte sono state rapide ed esaurienti ed i tempi di spedizione rispettati.
Anche il packaging utilizzato dimostra attenzione ai dettagli, il telaio è contenuto in una scatola a sua volta contenuta in una seconda scatola, la forcella, il reggisella ed il manubrio ben fissati all'interno, le piccole parti in scatole ben progettate. Il manuale d'installazione è preciso e completo.
L'ispezione visiva del telaio, dei componenti e degli accessori ha confermato la qualità, la cura dei dettagli e l'esatta corrispondenza dei pesi rispetto a quelli dettagliati e dichiarati nel sito web.
Il telaio, modello Nirvana in misura M/L, pesa 750 grammi, comprendenti il supporto per il deragliatore e le viti, corrispondendo pertanto ai 716 dichiarati. La forcella, ovviamente da tagliare, pesa 366 grammi.
E' stato montato da un meccanico professionista, ex word tour, che non ha avuto difficoltà. L'unico problema e' arrivato dal supporto per il deragliatore, unicamente perchè non si era soffermato sulle spiegazioni del manuale di montaggio.
E' stato montato con ruote molto leggere (meno di un chilogrammo) e componenti Shimano Ultegra e Dura Ace, con guarnitura, corone e pinze freno di altri produttori.
Peso della bici completa, quindi con pedali, portaborraccia e portacomputer, 6280 grammi, niente male!!
Normalmente prima di dare un giudizio su una nuova bici -ma vale anche per i componenti- aspetto varie prove, perchè le prime impressioni vanno confermate nel tempo.
Inoltre occorre tener presente che anche le ruote e le coperture hanno una discreta influenza.
D'altro canto ho tre bici che alterno e questo, invece, favorisce il giudizio, in quanto le differenze vengono meglio evidenziate.
In questo caso, però, i primi trecento chilometri percorsi mi permettono di dare un giudizio che penso resterà stabile anche successivamente.
L'Evolve Cima è un telaio molto equilibrato. Eccellente la rigidità del triangolo anteriore ed ottima quella della zona del movimento centrale.
Per quanto riguarda la guida in discesa, dove ammetto di avere scarse capacità, non presenta differenze rispetto alle altre bici. Mantiene bene le traiettorie e non si scompone in velocità.
In salita, che sarebbe la specialità della casa, va benissimo nei falsopiani, così come fino a pendenze ad una cifra. Devo ancora provarla sui muri.
Voto molto alto anche nella marcia in pianura, restituisce un'impressione di compattezza e di "scivolamento" davvero interessanti.
Per quanto riguarda il confort, non provo fastidi durante la guida ed al termine della seduta e nelle ore successive sono a posto. Tuttavia ho rilevato che non filtra bene le microsconnessioni sulle strade con asfalto rugoso. Questo ha causato risonanze fastidiose nel contatto portaborraccia/borraccia. Adesso ho cambiato i portaborraccia, tengono più saldamente e la risonanza è sparita ma, qualcosa, si sente ancora nelle mani. Peccato, comunque, veniale.
Trovo ottimo il manubrio, non flette -almeno per me- e si guida bene anche in presa bassa. Io ci sto molto poco, ma ho voluto fare un paragone con gli altri che ho (Avian Canary e Canyon) e con quello che ho avuto di recente (Deda Alanera). Mi ci trovo meglio. Piacevoli anche i rilievi della parte mediana nelle occasioni in cui si poggiano le mani.
Aggiungo un particolare di cui mi sono dimenticato. Diversamente da quanto affermato da un youtuber, il reggisella si adatta perfettamente alle selle con binari 7x7 o 7x9 in carbonio.

I was looking for a lightweight frame and after a lot of internet search I decided to pull the trigger on CIMA, a light and aero frame by Evolvebicycles.
They are a new Brand, but after having a close look at their website and all the material they have available for their frame (white paper, testing results, company mindset etc) and interacting with them via e-mail, I realized they take their job very seriously.
They responded fast and with accurate information to every question I had about the product and the purchasing-delivery process. The level of professionalism and customer care that I experienced is not often found (at least not in my experience). Kudos for that!
The frameset was delivered on time (less than 1 month to be delivered to EU country) and was very well packaged inside a double box. The frame (in streams color) is much more beautiful up close, compared to internet photos. The finishing is impeccable! The carbon internally (as far as I could see) in the bottom bracket, head tube and seat post area, is completely smooth with no signs of residue. And the weight? Well, we are talking about an aerodynamically optimized frame that weights 800 gr painted, size ML and with 2 derailler hangers and 5 bottle cage screws included ( I did not take the time to remove those before weighing the frame). The complete frameset (frame, fork, aerobar, seatpost and all necessary components excluding the stem spacers which weigh in at 28 gr) weights in at 1792 g. This is a great foundation for building a trully light aero bike.
Evolvebicycles is the only manufacturer I have seen so far that specifically lists each component weight (from frame to the last screw) in their site. And what I found by comparing my own weighing with the listed one is that they are 100% accurate. This level of detail is a sign that they take their job seriously.
To conclude, so far a great experience and very happy that I decided to buy this frame. Can't wait to complete the built and revert with riding impessions.

Since I love cycling, I set myself the goal of building my own road bike by 2025. I did a lot of research on the internet and came across the brand “Evolve bicycles.” After reading about Evolve frames on various forums and watching YouTube videos, I knew that this was the right brand for my new road bike. Reason: I was looking for a lightweight frame that offered high quality and very good value for money.
I looked at and ordered the CIMA Artist - Mist frame and can say that I was not disappointed. The workmanship, quality, and design are superb and reflect exactly what I had hoped for, plus it offers very good value for money.

I would also like to mention the customer service and support as very positive. My inquiries were answered competently and quickly. I would like to thank you for that (Thanks Aria).

As this was my first major investment outside Switzerland/Europe, I was initially unsure whether I would really get what I hoped for. However, as described above, I am very happy with my decision and feel I made a good choice.

My conclusion is that I can really recommend evolve bicycle products because you simply get a very good overall package for a good price. I don't want to advertise the company here, this is just my personal opinion.

I am curious to see whether they will also produce a gravel frame in the future.
