I’ve just finished treatment for weight loss. There is now over 5st less of me than this time last year. The treatment has allowed me to totally change my relationship with food. I was already a huge fan of Evolve, having had hair removal treatment. This now seems like another level. I cannot thank Rachel and all her team enough for all the help and support ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been coming to Evolve Medical for quite some time now and I absolutely love the service from the team. Rachel, Laura and Jawayria have all done my dermaplaning and it’s always been carried out to such a high standard.

Rachel did Botox injections for me today. This was my second visit after first having Botox in August. I am really happy with the results, hence my return visit. Rachel was professional and friendly, she explained everything and was very easy to talk to. The lady working on reception was lovely too. I would highly recommend Evolve.

Excellent experience at Evolve with Rachel for fillers and Laura for Lumecca treatment (highly recommended for pigmentation) both very informative all the way through my treatment and aftercare.

I’ve been seeing Laura and Rachel for laser hair removal and electrolysis for a number of years now. I’ve also been seeing Nurses Rachel & Jay for some time for various treatments. Everyone here is completely professional, caring and very friendly. Highly recommended

I had a really positive experience with Professor Mahajan and the team for my procedure. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and respectful, which really helped ease my nerves and he made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Professor Mahajan took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I fully understood what to expect. The recovery process went smoothly, and I’m so happy with my results, both in terms of comfort and confidence.

I had an appointment for a skin tag to be removed. The procedure was quick and simple. Jale was very professional, polite and friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting the pre op nurse Jay. A lovely warm bubbly nurse instantly felt at ease. Jay explained thoroughly what I would experience during my procedure. She was efficient and thorough! Look forward to meeting her again on the day of my op!!

Very professional from start to finish.
I had my upper eye lids reduced and they showed me the process every step of the way.
Less than 1 month it was a vast improvement no more droopy eyes i can see must better and look younger.

I couldn’t recommend Evolve and Dr. Mahajan more highly. From my very first consultation, he was clear, kind, and genuinely easy to talk to. He immediately listened to what I wanted, understood the nuances of my concerns, and made all the available options clear without ever pushing anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. He respected my preferences, was realistic about results, and honest about expectations.

After our first meeting, he even took the time to go away, think about my specific needs, and contact me with a revised approach that he felt would be a better fit. He adjusted the plan, offered more affordable options, and clearly explained the pros and cons. I felt completely at ease discussing something I’d been self-conscious about for years, and found the process surprisingly liberating and empowering.

What I appreciated most was that he understood not just what would work for my body, but also what felt right for me personally. I had my treatment under local anaesthetic and felt comfortable and in exceptionally safe hands throughout. The staff at Evolve were calm, friendly, and made the entire experience feel easy.

It’s amazing that something I’d thought about for so long could be addressed in such a short time. My recovery was smooth, no discomfort, clear communication from Evolve, and straightforward aftercare advice. This was my first cosmetic procedure, and it took me a long time to finally take the plunge, but I’m so glad I trusted my instincts and chose Dr. Mahajan. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I have just had upper Blepharoplasty. The procedure was performed with excellence, it is now 1 week since the procedure and I am overwhelmed with results.also the overall experience at Evolve was also excellent due to all the staff working there, so friendly and helpful, Jay has an excellent bedside manner. I would thoroughly recommend this clinic and Professor Mahajan as a Top class surgeon.

Had my appointment today with Jawayria, she’s always very polite and professional. It’s nice to see the same person it makes you feel more relaxed. She’s very gentle with the needle I definitely recommend her 😁

Today I had my 3 month review following upper blepheroplasty with Professor Ajay Mahajan. I am extremely happy with the results. When he showed me the before and after photos its was amazing to see the difference. I am definitely glad I had it done as its given me back some lost confidence.
Everything from the consultation, the pre op and the actual surgery has been flawless with everything explained to me at every stage, Nurse Jay was a great support throughout. I cannot fault my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Professor Mahajan at Evolve Medical.

I had my first appointment with Laura today. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I am happy with my treatment and will be back.

I travel over from Manchester to visit Evolve Medical because it worth it. The staff offer great advice and guide you through the procedures, they personalise their treatments to get you the best results and I am always really pleased with the treatments I have. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Disappointing experience with my first botox treatment. After only 7 weeks I still have quite a bit of movement. After calling I was told by the receptionist and Rachel that I had to wait another 3 weeks to go back and I would need to pay again. After I was subject to an unprofessional attitude from Rachel, I was only then told I could go in for her to take a look. Had this have been offered first without the bad attitude and/or telling me there was no other option than to go back in 3 weeks and pay again it would have been a much better customer experience.

I will not be going back to Evolve Medical and will not be calling which is no doubt going to be the response to this review.

To be clear, I was not offered to visit for an assessment until after I had been told (twice) that I would have to wait for 3 weeks and then I would have to pay again, despite the treatment not working and after I had been spoken to rudely. And yes, I was spoken to unprofessionally.

It's like meeting old friends every time I get my procedures thank you so much xx
