Excellent customer service. Brendan and the team responded quickly, helped me troubleshoot a connection issue, and even reset my Minecraft server world when I requested a different seed. Communication was friendly, professional, and prompt throughout. It's refreshing to deal with a hosting company that genuinely cares about its customers. So far, my experience has been great, and I highly recommend them.
