Awful company!! STAY AWAY, fake dropshipped items from china. Sent me damaged goods and refused to refund anything.

I ordered the ‘The Villain Tracksuit’ in grey leopard one and it’s the total opposite to the picture
It took 3 months for it to deliver it’s ridiculous

The parcel came half opened with tape wrapped around it in a ball. From the part that was half opened i could see that the item quality was terrible and cheap. The website is so misleading and the products are fake. I went to check the reviews after i purchased the tracksuit . And tried to cancel the order 10min and they replied to me days later stating the cancellation period is 24hrs. Which i was within . Then when i received the item it was already dirty and the package scrunched up taped in a ball. I try to get a refund but the they said the shipping cost are to high and found that they were located in china. They gave a 30% refund which was nothing compared to what i paid. The website seem so put together and legit like any uk website . Its all fake and cheap clothing.
Dont fall for the advertised on social media!!!

The worst quality clothing item I have ever received which was nothing like they made it look in the picture and despite returning it weeks ago I have not rd dived a refund. DO NOT order from Evonni.

Bunch of scammers I paid for my order and never received the confirmation was goin back and forth trying to find my details after over 21 days of waiting for my delivery my package was missing one of the items don’t know order from them save yourself the hassle and the quality is not even that good

SCAM!! i recently bought what i thought were two scuffers hoodies that had came up on tiktok. At first i thought the prices were great and the site looked legit, i then came on to trustpilot and saw other reviews saying it was a scam. I asked for a refund by this company on email and not to be sent these items but they replied that they were on the items were on their way and were not helpful at all. They came and they are not like the photos at all, scuffers label looks like it has been glued on and overall just terrible. Do not fall for this scam like i did.

I ordered a pink tracksuit, it came with a delay in delivery and the material was velvet when it wasn’t advertised as so. I’m personally not a fan of velvet and it looked cheap and tacky so I emailed customer services to send it back. The replied and said they would offer me a 15% refund. I would be getting £3. They explained it would be so I could keep the clothes and it would “save me going through the hassle of sending it back and the cost of delivery”. They shouldn’t make you pay for delivery when sending an item back!!! I then emailed back saying I didn’t want to keep the product and am happy sending it back. They then said they would give me a 25% refund as “goodwill”??? I replied saying again that I want to return it. I got no reply. So I gave up and said I would take the 25%. I lost money on clothes I didn’t want. My refund came within 4 days and a couple days after I got an email explaining that quality is not something you see and that garments are not created equally stating the make true craftsmanship. What a load of rubbish. Don’t order from here

Quite possibly the worst item i have ever received. Received a tracksuit and it looks nothing like what i ordered. The quality is horrific. It’s thin, see through, small in size and quite frankly just cheap tatt. Do NOT order from this company ! I wish i read the reviews

My teenage daughter ordered a "Scuffers" hoody. Paid using Rooster card. Immediately after the purchase, there was an attempt to make a further transaction on the card with Microsoft. I have had to freeze the card and the card provider has been unhelpful in recovering the money. The item did arrive but was quite clearly counterfeit. Wrong colour, size and of very poor quality. Company have refused to refund. Avoid this company at all costs, it is a scam and criminal enterprise. The Trustpilot site has them marked as an investment company which adds to the confusion.

i ordered a tracksuit, when it come it looked nothing like the photo the joggers were 3x to small( more like leggings) they were supposed to be wide leg joggers and the material was thin and cheap

Evonni sent me the wrong dress so I emailed them and they asked if the package was open. Obviously. Then refused me a full refund instead they said I can have 15% of my money back which is £4!! So I asked can you send me the right product and was refused.
Do not order from them!!

The sweatshirt we received was Bad Quality and it was a fake brand copy. It is expensive to return as the return address is in China and also something you have to arrange yourself. They also did say they would not consider a refund if the parcel had been opened, however Evonni gave the option of a 15% refund to keep the item

Read trust pilot before ordering!!! Note there is no returns address on the website - that's because it is in China!!!, you are never going to return stuff. The tracksuit we ordered was such poor quality it has gone in the bin. Also, they state their returns policy is only if product is un opened!!!! - obviously you cannot check the quality of the item unless you open it. Avoid at all costs.

Sent wrong item and they are trying to make me pay postage to return item, by the way they're in china so not cheap to return from the UK. By these reviews looks like many others have had problems receiving wrong orders too. Do not use these, how they get away with it I do not know! Scam scam scam!!!

If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely shocking experience with this company. Item arrived and was extremely poor quality and not what was promised on the website. I will never use this website again.

Not even a one star. Jumper I ordered was nothing like what they advertised. Cheap material, and fake . When asked for a refund , they said because I have OPENED the parcel I’m outside my retune rights lol how on earth are you supposed to buy something but not take it out of the packaging. Cheap cheap website do not buy anything from them

This company is absolutely terrible. They have conned my teenage daughter and sent terrible quality counterfeit items of clothing to her. They should be ashamed of themselves. They state that if the item has been opened then they will not issue refunds. How the hell is the buyer meant to check the item without opening it? This company needs to be reported to UK trading standards. Stay away!
