Mike was absolutely outstanding for our wedding on Saturday. We had a few calls with Mike prior and messages (even adding a song to our playlist at midnight the night before) and he really took the time to understand what we wanted and was extremely thorough with covering every aspect. I can confirm on the night the brief was delivered! Mike was amazing from start to finish and everyone commented on how fantastic the evening was. My fear was a flat atmosphere and an empty dance floor, I definitely didn’t need to worry about that, his wealth of experience shone through as many people told me how great it was and the best wedding they have ever attended! I 100% recommend Mike as your DJ for your event! Thanks so much Mike and the team at Exceed Events, I’ll be recommending you to everyone I know!

Wez was our DJ and host for our wedding. He was absolutely amazing, from the lead up to the day arranging various video calls to discuss our plans and to make sure every detail was covered, to on the day being professional, friendly and just generally brilliant. Amazing
Roguen was the DJ for our wedding and he was brilliant, he brought the party to the evening and couldn’t fault anything, he was top notch. The portal was also really good beforehand with a link which could be sent to guests for them to put any requests which could be reviewed by ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Exceed events
I would highly recommend Exceed events. There are lots of extras they offer along with being part of the package at our wedding venue for the evening DJ set. We got one of the extra’s which was them blending two songs into one for our first dance and the team came back so quickly with this and it was just what we wanted. They also provide an online platform to choose what songs you would like to be played and would not like to be played which was amazing.
Around a week before the wedding the DJ who would be at our wedding night messaged to introduce himself and book in a call for a few days before the wedding to go through the rundown of the night. Roguen, our DJ, was fab. He was such a nice guy and made the night fun (even joining in for a dance!) and played requests our guests wanted. Great company and team!

Mitton Hall Wedding
We got married on 19th June at Mitton Hall and booked the DJ (Joshua) with Exceed and he was absolutely incredible! He caught up with us before the evening to understand the vibe we were looking for and wow it was bang on! We had so many compliments from our guests! Joshua was just a genuinely lovely guy and so funny! I loved that he had banter with our guests too.
It was just party vibes all night and all of ours guests said they had the best night and it was one of the best weddings they’d been to.
Our event manager Leah was also excellent throughout the process and was so helpful and responsive.

The best wedding entertainment team!
We hired exceed events as our wedding DJ and also hired the magic mirror for the evening, for our wedding at Falcon Manor.
Our DJ Jorge Martín was honestly amazing. From the first time we spoke to him, to our pre-wedding call, to the night itself, nothing was too much trouble and he understood completely the vibe we were going from. He was also so much fun and so friendly. We really feel like he made our wedding so much better and that it wouldn't have been the same without him.
Leah also ran the magic mirror and she was lovely, helping all of the guests, talking to everyone, helping to print and organise everything in the photo book (which is an amazing keepsake!) Our guests loved the magic mirror and we had so many nice comments about it, it just helped to make our day even more special.
Honestly, we would so highly recommend exceed events. If you're looking for wedding entertainment, you won't find a better team of people.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ than Paul from Exceed Events for our wedding! From start to finish, he was absolutely incredible.
The music was perfect all night—he read the room so well and kept the dance floor alive from the first song to the last. Every track flowed seamlessly, and he managed to include all our favourites while still keeping the energy high for all our guests.
Paul was also so professional, friendly, and easy to work with in the lead-up to the big day. He really listened to what we wanted, making everything feel personal to us.
We’ve had so many guests say how amazing the music was and how much fun they had dancing —it truly made our wedding unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a DJ who will go above and beyond and create the best atmosphere, we can’t recommend Paul from Exceed Events enough. 5 stars all the way!

Fun fun fun …
The DJ was great and really responsive to feedback and requests. I hardly had chance to get a drink I danced so much! Tom was friendly and helped the event to flow with his announcements - he worked very well with the venue.
My only issue was the portal where we loaded our song choices as it is a bit clunky to use. Other than that I could not fault the service.

Excellent dj, kept the party going until 1am. I didn't realise how important it is to have a good dj for a wedding. Fantastic Host/DJ
We used Exceed for the DJ entertainmemt element of our wedding. They were great from start to finish, they guided us with the extras that we were thinking of, including a Host, a Saxophonist, Magic Mirror and an upgrade to the DJ set. There is nothing else we felt was needed and the wedding was fantastic. A special mention has to made for our Host and DJ Wes, he created the vibe we were looking for and ensured that everything went seamlessly. He comminicated well with us in the run up to the wedding and ensured that the music was still personal to our tastes but also making sure that the dance floor was full and the guests had a great time. He even put a section of heavy metal music in for me and made sure he found me before the set started so that I did not miss out.

The team were very engaging from day 1. No heavy sales pitch, very relaxed and responsive. We had the best DJ and host (Wez) and everyone really enjoyed the photo mirror. Honestly couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the team again.

We chose Exceed to DJ at our wedding at Wennington Hall on 3/5/26. The communication was great from the beginning, and the whole process was made very clear. The portal was great where we could add on our first dance, other songs we wanted to play, as well as a do not play list. Our DJ was Wes. He gave me a call the week before to check in and make sure he had all the correct details, and he was great on the day. I didn’t want to leave the dance floor all night! Thank you so much!

Used Exceed for our wedding disco at Wennington Hall, near Lancaster
Used Exceed for our wedding disco. The company was excellent and very professional, from the first contact, planning calls and the night itself. The website was excellent allowing us to request our chosen songs as well as allowing the guests to put in their requests. Regular contact with us meant the disco went perfectly. This included a call from the DJ Adam (who was excellent) the week before to finalise the arrangements as well as providing welcome advice which really helped. Would absolutely recommend and will use for my next wedding! (tee hee)
