I am writing to formally dispute your decision to deny my refund request.
From the very beginning, I made my concerns and frustrations clearly known to your team. These were consistently ignored. The delay you referenced was not due to inaction on my part, but rather a direct result of your failure to respond despite my repeated attempts to reach out through multiple platforms, including emails, calls, and even escalating the matter through a Success Manager.
Additionally, the terms under which I joined your program included a money-back guarantee that was clearly stated without conditions, other than not securing a job within 90 days. At no point was I informed of additional requirements or restrictions.
However, after this period, I was asked to sign a waiver extending the timeline by an additional three months. When I refused to sign this new condition which was not part of the original agreement communication from your team abruptly stopped.
I want to emphasize that I have documented proof of all correspondence, including my multiple attempts to contact your team, the lack of response, and the introduction of new policies after my enrollment. These actions are not consistent with fair business practices.
Given these facts, I request that you reconsider your decision and process my refund accordingly. I expect a timely resolution to this matter.

Please the public should be aware of this company. The has a pattern of inducing individuals to register for a 5 days life training and after that put presure on them to pay a non- refundable deposit. He went further to guarantee a special loan platform that would finance the extended 90 days program. All his assertions are misrepresented. Pls make sure you do a diligent research before engaging with this business. Make sure that there is a written policy on refunds in the event that the supposed loan is not approved. I don't know why this business have not been investigated for its business practice. Make sure you do your due diligence plsss. Many innocent people have been defrauded. Pls do a reviews.

False Advertising & poor customer service
The enrollment process gives a false narrative of the content that will be delivered in the class. They continually state that the 5 day class will give you all that you need to be successful in GRC, but you will very quickly discover that the 5 day challenge provides only surface level information. They promise a lot of support before enrolling but you will discover that it will not be provided except you enroll in one of their $12000- $20,000 programs. This is a problem with false advertising, and setting the wrong expectation. I physically witnessed other individuals complain about this during the program, but Tolu was quick to brush them off without attending to their concern
The content delivered in those 5 days is not worth roughly $700. So I will recommend any potential client ask these questions clearly. They are more eager to get you enrolled be collecting your money than to respond to your emails or questions when you ask them. The deliberately leave you only emails to reach them with no phone numbers to call them, so that it is easier for them to ignore your request. I requested a refund on the 2nd day after discovering that I was being given surface information but till now no one has responded. So please be careful of this group.

The guy is a fraud with sugarcoated Mouth
It's unfortunate that I didn't discover this page before trusting my money with this person. He persuaded us to pay $679 for a five-day webinar, and throughout the sessions, he constantly shared one story after another. At the end of the five days, he presented a tempting offer to become a "real" student, which included help with my resume, assistance in fixing my LinkedIn profile, and support in finding a job.
He claimed, and I quote, "We have a company that we work with that will disburse your balance for your school fees of $11k, All you need to do is make a one-time deposit of $1,599 so that our company knows you are serious." After making that payment, I didn’t hear anything for three days until someone contacted me, stating that I needed to make an additional payment of $3,000. I explained that I was waiting for the company they mentioned to disburse the money.
Instead, they sent me two loan links to apply for loans. The bottom line is: do not trust his deceptive stories. Most of the webinar sessions were pre-recorded. He is a scammer and is collaborating with others to obtain people's credit and debit card information.

This institution is misleading
This institution is misleading, I still maintain. During the course, we were taught that LinkedIn recommendations and reviews can be solicited from friends — even those who are not industry experts — simply to build a profile in the absence of real experience. With that in mind, it is not surprising that critical posts are often flooded with positive reviews.
After sharing my experience, my review was quickly overwhelmed by glowing comments from individuals seemingly connected to the institution.
The training offered little practical value or genuine career support, particularly for students based in Africa. The expectations created during recruitment were not met at all.
If you are serious about building a legitimate career in cybersecurity, I strongly advise looking elsewhere and choosing a credible, reputable provider.
