Overall Okay, first valuation never the amount paid.
Overall the process is ok, just remember that the first valuation is never the true amount. The dealer I used required lots of pictures / videos, sometimes the same ones multiple times.
On the day of collection the payment was in my bank before the car left. The collection person was very helpful.

Very positive experience with the whole process. I got a satisfactory offer after uploading the photos of my car, and on the day of pickup, I got paid immediately after the pickup driver did a 20 minute check on the car. And I got exactly what I had been offered - no further deductions nor other fees. Very satisfied.

Easy process
Easy process, best price for me, lost a star just because of the amount of circles I went round in to get the initial sales information started and paperwork done and people not calling me back but that was on Big wants your car side mainly, better communication needed between the two parties, however exchange my car were pretty quick and helpful resolving some teething issues. Would use again.
