Exclusive Glazing Ltd Reviews

Great product at a good price. Very good communication from the Steven at head office. The fitting of the five windows went without any problems, the fitters, Charlie and Ash arrive on time, did a great job of fitting the windows and left the house spotless. Very polite and professional. Thank you to all at Exclusive Glazing. Highly recommended!

I am so blown away by the customer service I had to leave a review. We had some new windows/doors/fasciae/soffits fitted in 2021. The door has developed a small fault. I contacted Exclusive at 8am today. It is now 3pm and I am completely and utterly satisfied. Steven said that we paid for perfect and that is what we will have. 10/10 - thank you.

I love my new windows. The fitters., Aiden and Lawrence and Ash and Charlie were great. On time, polite, efficient and incredibly tidy. They left my home with a perfect installation and a very clean house. A day and a half to fit a whole 3 storey terrace! Highly recommend .

Exclusive Double Glazing is the best double-glazing company I have ever dealt with. Their team is professional, reliable, and trustworthy, and they provide excellent service from start to finish.

The staff are friendly and highly skilled, with special thanks to Stephen, Joe, and Nigel for their outstanding work and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to use Exclusive Double Glazing again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality double-glazing services.

I’m so pleased with my Orangery. Exclusive were brilliant from beginning to end. All of the guys were really hard workers. They thought of everything. And trust me I’m a fuss pot!! Can’t rate this company enough.

Brilliant work done by the two lads Alastair and Aiden they worked non stop in not very clement weather and even hoovered upstairs and down the stairs - left the house spotless. I have already recommended you to my neighbour - she actually asked for your phone number. I hope to have my kitchen windows done next and will shortly be in touch again.

Thankyou for our lovely windows and excellent service.

The whole process was seamless. Excellent team of guys from Stephen for the quotes, Lee who came out and measured and the perfect, tidy and clean fitting from Ash and Charlie. Reliable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Had a very positive experience with Exclusive Glazing. The team was very helpful in clearly explaining the quote and communication was solid throughout. The company was also helpful in providing sufficient information to obtain approval from Freeholder. The installation was quick and efficient. I would recommend Exclusive Glazing, thank you Stephen and co for the work.

I haven't had any double glazing needsfor many years, so I wasnt particularly looking forward to getting quotes, remembering the bad old days of double glazing sales people! I couldn't have been more wrong. Terry arrived as scheduled, took rough measurements and took me through their product. There was zero hard sell and terry was in and out in around 30 mins with the notice that the quote would be with me in a couple of days. Quote arrived, very reasonable vs others id had so I went ahead. The rest of the process was just as pleasant, from the full survery done within a couple of days, the contracting all done online and then the actual install. Ash and Charlie, the installers, were amazing. Quick, clean, and obviously skilled. 2 days and they were done with some beautiful new windows and a door installed, exactlyas described. Even the after sales was great, I had one small issue with a non locking handle, they came as quickly as needed to replace the handle, all done within 5 mins! I also has a couple of conversations with Stephen, the MD, who was also super helpful and informative to make the whole process seamless and give me confidence. I would highly recommend exclusive glazing to anyone and its clear why they have such a good rating (the final reason for me choosing them!)

From initial salesman visit to finished project, everything was fantastic. Great product, little touches with trickle vents and locking small windows in a slightly open position, and security for windows (even though not really necessary for me, but good to have for some people) really good price for windows, great opportunity for finance, communication, survey visit and final installation. Top Top class installation team led by Ash, spotless when they left and they also cleaned the staircase(I live on second floor in block of flats) right down to the entrance. Never knew I could be so happy about windows. Would not recommend any other company for Glazing as Exclusive Glazing has it all. Over the moon and back with our windows.

The product is good and installation was brilliant.
However, the demonstration window locks were not fitted on my windows and the alarm of the open windows were not explained fully at the time of the sale.

Right from the beginning Exclusive Glazing were great. They were very friendly, booked in a time that was convenient for us, took the time to really explain what we were getting for our money and answered all our questions and concerns without the hard selling. Aidan and Lawrence that installed our windows and doors were polite, friendly, careful and very tidy. I couldn’t fault their workmanship.
The widows and doors themselves are high end quality, secure and look fantastic at an affordable price. Very happy with the them and the whole process - highly recommend.

I replaced my Door ,Window and Cladding with exclusive glazing Ash ,Charlie, Joe and Josh did excellent work. After they finished ,I was extremely pleased and satisfied,I hardly recognise my house .They did a spotless job .During the installation they covered my floors and furniture which keep the dust minimise. After completion the job they tidied up and cleaned all masses.I strongly recommend exclusive glazing .Thank you very much to Stephen and his team for the excellent work in my home.

Brian in sales (not at all pushy at all), Ashley and Charlie in surveying and installation and Stephen on the till were all very friendly and very professional. (My builders also commented how good the installation team was, and they are generally a fussy lot). I couldn't have wished for better service

Thank you

A really friendly team installed our windows and doors. They were very clean and tidy making sure nothing was left behind. The team told us exactly what to expect and in what order they were going to do and it only took a day and a half to install. Unfortunately, (due to no fault of the team) two panels of fan glass had broken en route to the house. We did have to contact the sales rep to remind the company that they needed to replace. We did have to wait over two weeks to have them replaced even though we were told they had them the weekend after the initial installation. However, this has now been recified and we couldn't be happier. We will absolutely use this company again as we extend the house. Upon reading the reviews, there were some that made us apprehensive about the after care service. But we can honestly say this company is not only value for money with excellent products but the friendly service makes it 5 stars. Thanks Exclusive Glazing Ltd.

Arrived on time. Lovely doors fitted very neatly. All in all a good service. We would highly recommend.

The install team turned up on time very polite and efficient put dust sheets everywhere, only concentrated on one room at a time also explained everything they was doing. Very pleased with the finished work and would definitely use again

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Exclusive Glazing. From the initial consultation to installation, everything was handled professionally.
Brian, the consultant, was informative and took the time to explain the different window options, including their quality, safety features, and functionality. I chose sliding sash windows (Anthracite Grey outside, White inside), and I’m very happy with the result. The surveyor carried out accurate measurements, and the installation team—Joe, Josh, Ash, and Charlie—were superb. They were true professionals, punctual, efficient, and kept everything clean and organised throughout the process. The windows have made a significant difference to both the look and feel of my home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again in the future.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the team of Charlie,Ayden and Ashley who installed my windows and doors. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. The installers were professional, punctual, and very careful throughout the whole process. Everything was done neatly and to a very high standard.
I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. The final result looks fantastic and has exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality window and door installation.
Thank you again for the excellent service.
