Exersci Reviews

Excellent products and excellent customer service. I called before making a purchase to check dimensions on an item and the staff were very friendly and also added the dimensions to the website item. I also called when the item arrived to double check I was assembling it correctly and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I then also called as some of the weights were lost in transit, and the team were so quick to send the items the next day delivery. Thank you, would recommend.

Excellent,

Fantastic service from Exersci. Quick delivery, well packaged, and great price.

The weight rack I bought came with missing tools and useless instructions, so it's taken ages to get it put up. However, I can't fault their customer service. If you have an issue with anything, just give them a call.

Really happy with my kettle bells. Design looks great, grips feel good, great to use.
Order was delivered really quickly
Will definitely be buying from you again

Lovely little plates. Perfect for what I needed. Delivery was reasonably quick. No issues.

Less than 24 hour delivery. Product is great quality and built for purpose. Easy to use.

Weights sit tight to body when running/ moving.

Great overall service.

Maybe include instructions for some other users. And didn’t receive physical invoice. That’s just me being nip picky though.
Happy all round

The products came in really good condition. Good quality and fast delivery.

Excellent service. Super quick efficient delivery. Quality product 👌

Fast delivery and item was spot on. That good I've just placed another order.

Goods came quickly and were well packaged. Product was in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. What more do you need.

First time ordering from this company and I have to say, the experience was faultless. Excellent service, speedy delivery and instructions were fulfilled by delivery company. I ordered a set of free weights, which were in perfect condition as I expected😊

Great piece of kit, comfortable to wear when training, my only ‘negative’ would be its a bit of a mess on to adjust the size with the cable system but at least you only have to do it once.

You can generally gauge a firm by how many times you need to contact them after an order is placed, to either chastise them for terrible customer service, or complain about the quality of the item you purchased from them.... often it is both reasons!

Well, I only dealt with Exersci once, when I placed the order, and had no reason to contact them after my item was delivered!!
Oh, and the dumbbell storage rack is a sturdy bit of kit!
I would definitely use this company again, without hesitation.

Great customer service and great product.

Quick response from the team on a specific query.

Speedy delivery
Good variety of products
Reasonably priced

Great weighted vest, comfortable (even more so if there were no weights but you get what I mean I'm sure!) looking forward to using it for Murph challenge

Great product, although the metal logo with Sharpe edges has a tendency to catch onto t-shirts etc. Other than that , brilliant service, top quality build.

Good quality quick turnaround
