Great service. Turned up promptly and confirmed the issue was not our property. Advised us to contact SW Water and made no charge. We have always used in the past and will continue to use in the future.

We needed a sewer pipe to be laid around our bungalow, ready for a new bathroom.
Several quotes had said there was not enough flow, that we needed a pump etc. but Cliff, with his vast experience, found a solution.
The guys worked hard in incredibly bad weather, cleared the site of mud every day and got the job done very efficiently and on time.
Reasonably priced and a job well done, I can highly recommend Exjet.

Education on parking your company vans would be advantageous! Mind you if your employees cant perform simple tasks like parking what chance have you got a performing a good quality job ?

Are you going to deal with the van that's blocking people garages? Are you going to speak to the employee about his parking habits? Are you going to continue to ignore their emails and phone calls?

Rang them this morning as we had a drainage issue, they were out with us within the hour and solved the problem promptly with no disruption. Thank you.

Within 30 mins of contacting Exjet, guy arrived. Unblocked man holes and completed a CCTV survey.

Excellent experience, would highly recommend. Came early, super polite, tidy and explained clearly what was going on and what needed to be done. Excellent.

For the work done this an absolute 5 star review, and Steve was brilliant, going above and beyond the job, checking what he was doing was exactly what we needed, and bring an all round top man.

The only thing that dropped my review just a little was that it took a loooong time to find a diary space to do our job. It wasn't a big job (replacing a drain, took 2 days, so done nice and quickly), so I get it was probably a pain to fit in around much more lucrative jobs. But waiting for much of the winter was muddy.

However I'm delighted with the results, and it was a good price. And thank you to Steve!

Exjet helped me with a fibre pipe re lining, quoted for all eventualities, and their team carried out the work professionally, and the final cost was less than expected. Highly recommended.

I was advised I would be contacted before they came which they did. Alex had already got on with clearing the drain by the tube I arrived on site. He was efficient and extremely tidy. Would recommend to anyone.

We were starting some development works at our property when one of the contractors discovered that the sewers were blocked in two different places. Dave from Exjet arrived within two hours of calling them, and inside an hour from that point, he had unblocked all of the pipes. He also identified the cause and was able to explain both the layout of the system around the property and how to avoid future issues. Hugely impressed with the service all round.

Outstanding service as ever. Once again I have had to call Exjet to sort out the drains, and once again they have turned up within about an hour and completely sorted it. I have never had a bad experience with this company and they will forever be my goto drain people. Top notch service every single time. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very helpful and efficient from the first contact - I required a Pre-purchase CCTV drainage inspection and report. Very happy with this local company.

We had a bit of a nightmare situation at Totnes Riverside on the South Devon Railway – human waste bubbling up onto the platform due to a blocked drain. Not exactly what you want to see (or smell) on a pleasant day out!

Access was tricky, but Exjet came to the rescue the same day we called. Dave showed up with hand tools and tackled the blockage as best as he could. However, the stubborn drain required more aggressive methods, which meant we needed to get a vehicle into an adjacent landowner's field.

As soon as we sorted that out, Exjet was back within hours. Dave and his colleague bravely wrestled with cows (who seemed very interested in the whole operation) and got the job done. The team was professional, and efficient, and didn't leave until everything was flowing smoothly again.

Huge thanks to Exjet for their prompt and thorough service! If you're ever in a similar messy situation, these are the folks you want on your side. 🚽🚜🐄

We had sewerage overflowing outside from our manhole and called MetroRod who came out on the Monday morning. Their technician wasn't able to sort the problem so called in a more experienced colleague who diagnosed roots running through the pipes for up to 4m from our trees and recommended evacuation or a root cutter as he couldn't remove the roots. £306 spent and a quote for £1000 for a the root cutter to come out when it was next available.
We wanted to get another opinion and called Exjet and spoke to Neil who was really helpful and made us feel a lot more confident about the whole process. He was able to arrange for the work to be done the following day but one of their senior technicians, Clifford, would come out on his way home to get an idea of what needed doing so he could set the team up for the morning. Clifford was obviously extremely experienced and was able to find a hatch in our garden halfway along the pipes which the other company hadn't found and there were no roots to that point which was a relief.
Clifford had a hunch he could solve the problem and tried to remove the roots and within 2-3 minutes pulled out a plug of roots about 4-5 foot long that had been growing from roots that must have found their way in to the manhole and grown from there. The root issue wasn't from our established trees and the pipes were clear. Problem solved for £108 and the workers weren't then required to come out the following day.
We couldn't recommend Exjet highly enough and in particular Neil and Clifford. They are obviously incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. We will be using Exjet for any issues going forward!!!!!
