Great communication, they reached out once I placed an order to let me know it would not be available until April and promptly assisted with a full refund as I needed the part sooner.

Jai été chez Exo pour acheter des pieces pour mon SQ5 B9. Tres belle expérience , énormément de stock en inventaire , tres courtois , j’ai eu un problème de compatibilité avec une pieces et il me l’ont échangé sans problême! Autant mécano que le gars au comptoir , il n’y a pas de Ti-clin labas, juste du monde qui savent comment sa fonctionne et c’est comme sa que sa doit fonctionné! Rien à dire de négatif !

034 Motorsport VW Mk8 Hood Strut
The hood strut works very well and is properly balanced to raise the hood from the half-way point up without assistance. The radiator overflow hose may interfere slightly with the strut when the hood is closed. This is easily remedied by loosening the spring clamp on the overflow tank and twisting the hose clockwise (while standing in front of the car) about 30 degrees, then releasing the clamp to hold the hose in its new position (see attached photo).
