I ordered a vps exhaust for an s4 because my friend got one, so i liked it and decided to get one for my car as well. however, my order didn’t come with the clamps at all when my friend did get them. So i had to go out and buy them from another store.

We just opened each and every boxes and there was no missing hardwares so definately an isolated issue which should have bring to us by email vs a 2-star review... + : I've bought an evo X wing for my lancer and I'ts 100% legit shipping was great about 2 weeks (they didn't had my wing so they order it and then ship it to me) Wing is in perfect condition primed with a black coat and comes with all the necessary hardwares! If you needs parts for your car buy from them you won't be dissappointed!
-: Maybe they could had a little bit more information on your order because the first week I ordered my item, it was written on my account that I hadn't buy anything yet.

Regularly stocked product doesn't mean it's In Stock... Stock product would shows Availability: In Stock. This is clearly stated in the product is shipping & return tabs... There is a FAQ page as well where you can find the same information... https://exoperformance.ca/faq/
Obviously you buy assuming it was in stock then you blame us for something you should have get sorted out before the purchase.
We are always happy to answer questions pre purchase if you want to confirm availability and/or ETA...
