After purchasing some Neon day geckos months ago and having a great experience with exoticpets I decided to get my first snake. Gemma was great in advising me what would be the perfect snake for me due to my big enclosure and she sent me a selection of the more friendly snakes to choose from. All the feeding records were sent to me too. The snake arrived today safe and sound and he's beautiful. You can tell this company really care where thier animals are going. 10/10 experience and will use everytime if I plan to get any more exotics. On behalf of Earthworm Jim we thank you.

I recently bought two Indian stick insects, which are doing really well. Exotic Pets offer a prompt service with excellent care taken to ensure livestock is securely packaged. Their website has lots of information on the care of exotic pets and are happy to answer queries on the care of exotics. I would definitely recommend them, and will purchase again.

Excellent communication and updates when my order was delayed due to bad weather. My African land snail arrived yesterday well packaged and still warm from heat pack. The snail is very healthy from the care it has received from exotic pets. Thank you very much

I visited after recently getting my first jumping spider who wasn’t eating they provided all the tips and tricks to and variety of foods to try and today he has successfully taken down his first meal worm! For many years I first got my tortoise sheldon , and today bought a lovely rainbow budgie , they have beautiful birds and lots to choose from, chels who was very helpful helped us choose , she was very experienced, and professional, this I a lovely family run business, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the lovely staff and especially Chelsea, would highly recommend, A***** thanks see you soon 👍

Undersold me 25 dubia roaches. I bought 60 I received 35.

Claimed I wasn't in. But didn't turn up to my house. I was in the courier didn't turn up just sent me an email and I had to collect it Tuesday because they were not open over the bank holiday. Shipped it a day late should have been shipped on Thursday but it was shipped on Friday. Wouldn't buy from these again only reason for 2 stars is because they closed my account with any hassle whatsoever. But when pointing out with evidence on social media block your account. Take accountability for the actions. Don't ship out dead insects. Or at least if tell your customers if there is a new batch. I'd have rather waited over the bank holiday for some fresh ones than to send out dead ones.

My mantises were very well protected for transport and arrived very healthy and promptly. Very easy company to deal with. Good reasonable prices. Could not recommend highly enough

Absolutely impressed with our baby bci, he came well packaged and protected, has clearly been well cared for and handled appropriately, and the service, communications and delivery were excellent, will definitely be using exotic pets as our new supplier of all things reptile.

i ordered two mantis to weeks ago and they arrived yesterday looking well after being held back for cold weather delay

i also cant fault the shop with anything as it clearly shows they put the health of all animals first
