While others may have had poor experiences -- mine was excellent and quite normal. Yes, the case I ordered came from China, but shipping and arrival was only 9 days from day of ordering. I think that's totally reasonable. (I've had Etsy orders take way longer!) The case is exactly as ordered and fits my iphone perfectly. No complaints from this company whatsoever.

The products were great but didn’t arrive in time. Customer service was superb! I would definitely order from them again.

This looks like dropshipping kind of store. Website shows address in canada, Ontario. so I though I was ordering from a canadian retailer, and expected receiving it from canada in a few days. But my order is coming from China in 1 month!!! as if I ordered it on AliExpress. In addition I just read on reddit the quality of their product looks much better on photos than in reality. So would be surprised the case will look as great as I thought.

I received the so-called case about two and a half weeks after I ordered it but it's not actually a case it's just a wire frame to put around your phone I bought it as a gift the recipient didn't like it I wanted to send it back they said I would have to pay for the postage and they would then reimburse me my $30 that I paid for it. When I went to set up postage on USPS it was going to cost me $18.95 to send a case back I emailed them several times about this and they kept sending me their criteria of me paying for the postage and then they would give me the $30 back so in actuality you're spending $48 to get $30 back and you might as well just throw $18.95 in the wind this company has no customer service they don't answer their emails at all and when they do they just send you a copy of their policy for returns I wouldn't buy anything from them again if they were the last cell phone case on this Earth

Had an issue with an order, refunded in full.
Would order from them again in the future.

Not sure I will ever get my case! Now 17 days for delivery. I would have never ordered had I known it was coming from China!

Wenige Stunden nach meiner Bewertung wurde ich vom Customer Support angeschrieben.
Der Mitarbeiterin tue es leid und sie entschuldigte sich persönlich, dass ich diese Erfahrung mit Exoticase gemacht habe. Meine volle Anerkennung dafür, Chapeau. In der Folge wurde mir der volle Kaufpreis beider Bestellungen erstattet, in der Hoffnung, dass sich dies positiv auf die Bewertung auswirke. Die Bewertung des Customer Support ändert sich von negativ auf neutral. Am grundsätzlichen Geschäftsgebaren des Unternehmens ändert sich nichts. Die Lernkurve ist an dieser Stelle noch nicht durchschritten.

Kurzzusammenfassung meiner Erfahrung mit Exoticase (Tixlbahn Inc.):
Diese Firma lässt ihre Produkte von Billigherstellern und Portalen wie AliExpress, Alibaba, Temu und Co produzieren und sie direkt aus China (Drop-Shipment) mit einem äußerst großzügigem Aufschlag liefern. Die Rückgabebedingungen sind bewusst kostenintensiv und aufwendig gestaltet. Der Käufer soll es sich zweimal überlegen, ob er den Artikel zurückgeben möchte. Der Artikel muss im Falle einer Rückgabe an eine Adresse in Kanada geschickt werden. Die Versandkosten dorthin übersteigen den Artikelpreis um ein Vielfaches.
Jeder ist besser beraten direkt in China zu einem Bruchteil des Preises zu bestellen.
Selbst im gelben Kaufhaus DE werden die Cover, unter anderem Namen, zum halben Preis angeboten.
Eine Rückwärtssuche / Bildersuche hilft die passenden Angebote zu finden.

Ausführliche Version (inklusive einer detaillierten Recherche zum Unternehmen):
Ich habe zwei Cover mit separaten Bestellungen im Januar 2026 aufgegeben. Ich hätte vorher genauer recherchieren sollen und damit Geld verloren. Das Geschäftsgebaren ist rechtlich legal, jedoch moralisch bedenklich.

Die email mit der Versandbenachrichtigung und Sendungsverfolgung beider Artikel führte mich direkt nach China. Nirgendwo in der Beschreibung finden sich Hinweise, dass der Artikel direkt aus China geliefert wird. Im Land der aufgehenden Sonne werden ganz bestimmt auch schöne Produkte hergestellt, jedoch sind sie größtenteils für die Produktion und den Export von billigem Ramsch bekannt. Wenn man auf der Website lange genug sucht, findet man Informationen zu den Exoticase-Lagern: „Wir haben Lager in Singapur, China, Europa und Nordamerika eingerichtet.“ Darauf folgt der Hinweis, dass die nordamerikanischen Lager aufgrund von „Ereignissen und Konflikten, die logistische Herausforderungen verursachen“, derzeit außer Betrieb sind. Na klar. Seltsam ist jedoch, dass ich in Europa lebe. Wäre es nicht logistisch sinnvoller, ein europäisches Lager zu nutzen als das chinesische Lager?

Die erste Hülle ist nach etwas über einer Woche als DHL Kleinpaket angekommen. Bei der Zweiten Hülle habe ich den First-Level Support angeschrieben. Copy paste Bausteine und Standardphrasen mit ganz viel sorry, gehören hier zum standardisierten Tagesgeschäft. Die Antworten sind so nützlich wie Blumen gießen bei Regen.
Eine Rechnung gibt es nicht. Obligatorisch für jeden Kauf wie Bestellung, Auftragsbestätigung, Bezahlung und Lieferung. Auch auf mehrmalige Bitte wird auf die Auftragsbestätigung verwiesen, dann kommt nichts mehr.
Auch die zweite Hülle ist mittlerweile angekommen. Beide werden dem Qualitätsniveau Asiens gerecht, billig.
Mit Rückwärtssuche / Bildersuche bin ich schnell bei asiatischen Portalen fündig geworden, darunter AliExpress, Temu und Co. Preislich liegen diese Hüllen bei nicht einmal einem Zentel, auf amazon DE, unter anderem Namen, zum halben Preis.
Auffallend an der website und passend zum Geschäftsgebaren:
die website verhindert, dass man Text markieren und kopieren kann. Eine Suche und auch Rückwärtssuche wird damit erschwert. Ist es doch Ziel, dass der Interessent und Käufer das Produkt nicht woanders zum deutlich besseren Preis entdeckt.

Der Artikel muss im Falle einer Rückgabe an eine Adresse in Kanada geschickt werden. Die Versandkosten übersteigen den Artikelpreis um ein Vielfaches. Die Rücksendeadresse gehört zu einer Briefkastenfirma namens Tixlbahn Inc., die Exoticase und eine weitere Website namens Casetria betreibt. Diese Information kann jeder im öffentlich zugänglichen kanadischen Handelsregister überprüfen.
Warum die Rücksendeadresse gleichzeitig die Adresse des Geschäftsführers von Tixlbahn ist, erschließt sich mir nicht. Es ergibt keinen Sinn, warum ich mein gekauftes Produkt zur Überprüfung an den Geschäftsführer zurücksenden sollte.

Fazit
Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen, recherchiert gut und kauft woanders.

I am very disappointed. I ordered my case on Jan 3rd with an arrival date of 5 to 8 days. I've been checking the tracking as it is the 14th (should have been here by the 11th) and now it says it is in customs for 10 days!!! At this point, if I get it, it will be on or after Jan 24th. Three weeks after ordering. In the meantime I have a new phone and no case. I would never have ordered it if I knew it was coming from china and would take this long... that is if I get it!

Definitely not high need cases like they claim to be. Yes the cases are made of metal but very thin so they bend and snap easily. Packaging looks like I got a brick of coke and typical generic Chinese labeling and packaging (the plastic bag). No shock absorbing technology on the corners. They put a thin layer of felt like that was gonna protect it from shock.

Einfache Benutzung der Bestellung, genügend Photos der Produkte. Versandkosten frei . Wenn jetzt noch die Ware einigermaßen eintrifft - PERFEKT.

Shipping was terribly long. Came all the way from china and tracking wasn’t well updated.

Phone case color does not match what I agreed to purchase and paid for. Pictures on the webpage are deceiving the build quality feel very cheap.

They make returns a hassle with their unreasonable guidelines and don’t even guarantee returns.

I recommend to avoid business with this company.

I always search for the best minimalist case when I get a new phone. Recently, I upgraded to the Pixel 10 pro. I had purchased cases from Exoticase before so I pulled up the website.

Not only did they have a number of colors including a clear frost model in the ultra thin cases, but they had also added a metal bumper case in black, silver, gray and blue. I ordered one in gray.

The case is excellent. It fits perfectly while providing protection in a minimal profile. It is well worth over twice the price.

It did take almost two weeks for delivery, but I knew that up front and understood the reasons.

The case i recieved isn't the one in the picture, the one in the picture has rounded and open side buttons, the case i got is square and covered side buttons. happy to change my review if i recieve the case in the picture, as it seems to be good quality
