Expert Voice replaced a lost package in a timely manner.

Expertvoice customer service is excellent!! I received a damaged item and reached out to customer service for exchange. Expertvoice got back to me the same day and been transparent along the way. I received the replacement item less than a week.

Great website that can represent some pretty great deals with their intermittent flash sales on various brands. One example was getting 4 pair or Superfeet insoles at $24/pair recently. It’s geared most heavily towards members who are military or police with them getting full access but other areas such as healthcare workers like myself still get access to discounts on most brands. Id recommend signing up to anyone, give it a try, it’s free!

I was going to purchase a watch on expert voice that was advertised at 285.00 after savings. I copied the code and followed the link to the official site. It took me directly to the watch I wanted and I added it to my cart and applied the code. It came out to 405.00. I went back to the expert voice site and confirmed the price and model and copied the code again. Followed the link and tried again and got the same result. I tried contacting expert voice and asked for an agent but was never moved passed the AI bot. It gave me a case number and said someone would follow up. 2 days go by and nothing. So I follow up with the bot again. Then i received an email saying they would follow up with me again. Its been a week and nothing. Thats a pretty big price difference. I can understand mistakes, but the lack of human acknowledgement is what really irked me. At least have someone address it. The worst part is, the price and code is still advertised on expert voice for that watch! I tried again just to see and still coming out to 405.00. Really disappointed in expert voice customer service on this one.

As of 9/29 Expert Voice finally reach out. They weren't able to honor the price they advertised, but came up with an extremely fair offer for something else. I appreciate the out of the box thinking and offer. It was more than i had anticipated after the initial service.

I have nothing but good things to say about expert voice . Not only are the products offered great the customer service has been phenomenal also . I will continue to utilize expert voice as my go to app.

Expert voice, They back up great deals with excellent customer service. When a manufacturer shipped a defective product to me and refused to respond to my inquiries, the expert voice customer service team jumped in and attempted to work with the manufacturer in acquiring a replacement for me. After the manufacture ignored expert voices customer service teams efforts, expert voice refunded my purchase price as well as offering me a discount on any future purchase. I love being a member of expert voice and have been for many years.

I saw that I had to resolve my issue with a chat bot. "UGHH!". What I didn't realize is that was like a reservation list at a restaurant. Real people reached back and solved my issue. I really like Expert Voice as a retailer and I now know that if I have an issue, it will get resolved.
