The Support Team got Results!!!

The Support Team made the experience Great!!! I had been working with the Seller and getting nowhere in getting my refund. After 5 failed attempts with the Seller I asked the Support Team if they could help. Next thing I know I'm going to get my refund in the next 2 to 3 days! The Support Team knows what they're doing and has the customer's best interests mind.

Well I am not at all happy with this

Well I am not at all happy with this. No response from anyone phone system is no help calling with in regular business hours and get a recording saying that I need to call during regular business hours, 7 am to 7 pm, nobody returning calls,no one returning my emails, when they did it was one time and I was told they keep loosing my ticket, I have the order #and I have my credit card bill, my email is present my phone number is present, and not one dam person has contacted me, phone number also present. Next step is a legal action.

I'm 80 years old and not very good with…

I'm 80 years old and not very good with the phone or computer but these guys went above and beyond to assist me in every way possible . If you are teck save then this is an extremely easy program for you but if you're like me they ended up giving me a complete refund because I bought two times and didn't even know what I had done. I'm giving this AI scam 1star because they don't have a zero star.
They have jerked me around about my "REFUND GUARANTEE" as stated in the top paragraph of their emails !!! I'm beyond frustrated with this company and the owner of this scamming/phishing bullshit that something needs to be done about it !!
DO NOT listen to their little videos because they just want to take your money and NEVER give it back... I'm sure there's law's in place preventing online scammers like Explodely.com. Spread the word people !!!

After receiving an email from one of your agents today stating that I should be receiving my refund within 5-7 business days and asked me to remove my review with Trust pilot. I responded that as soon as the refund hits my account I will remove my review from Trust pilot.

EXPLODELY IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought for 120.80€ products from Explodely, and WAS FORCED to wait 3 months for a refund.
After communicating nearly every second day with Explodely “a person named Luan“ they gave me the same answer every time. then after 3 month they said they refunded my money back, and that is 20.40€. Thats a laugh, not nearly as much as they owe me.
Now when I try to contact them, to get the rest of my money back, NO ONE is there anymore and the telephone number doesn‘t exist or work, and everybody seems to have disappeared, as if they never existed.
EXPLODELY IS A SCAM
This went on from the 4.11.2025 until now 4.3.2026

If I could have given this zero stars

If I could have given this zer star, I would have. I have been trying to get a refund for a month. I followed all of the rules told I was qualified for a refund. I have sent 47 messages back-and-forth. Since that time and keep getting the runaround. My ticket keeps getting closed with no resolution, I keep opening it and sending more message and keep getting messages to check my account to make sure it hasn't been deposited. This is ridiculous.

Misleading false content
