I was skeptical but hopeful when I paid…

I was skeptical but hopeful when I paid for the program. Watched the first three videos because I wanted to give it an honest try. The next video was supposed to help me activate the program but it gave me offers to spend more money. I wanted to make sure the program worked before putting any more money in it. From that point I could not progress any further. It just kept looping me back to the third video I had already watched. I got numerous emails everyday telling me I didn’t complete the activation. Whenever I clicked on the link it took me back to one of the more money to keep going videos.
I asked for a refund several times replying to the emails. Finally in one email I noticed there was a specific email to use to request a link. I asked for a refund using that email and a day ir two later noticed a response email saying they were processing a refund. We will give that a week and see if I get the money back like they say. Here’s hoping.

What’s up with my refund?

I will never do business with a company online again. You guys left a really bad taste in my mouth. You had me going in circles about getting my refund. Then you had the nerve to say my 60 days had elapsed, I couldn’t get my refund. That was all your fault. I still plan on calling the better business bureau on you and I better see like you said I would in 5 to 6 days. Don’t buy from them. Really bad.

I wish ive seen reviews before I tried…

I wish ive seen reviews before I tried this and 10 of my friends I borrowed off, I lost 3 bestfriends because of trusting this company. Just put the full price down instead of stringing people along. This is what happens. You kept putting only 39.48 and then bonus for another 19.98. You keep stringing us along!!! Now look ive gone as far as I could getting know where. Now I cant get my refund, theyre not giving me a time or date.

I purchased American Systems online, it provided a couple sites but was not what I thought it was so contacted Explodely.com to request a refund.They opened a ticket for Tech Support-and yes, AS responded that they had coaching and would assist me every step of the way, however i had already determined I simply wanted a full refund- Expoldely promptly revised the ticket to Refund Request and I must say both Explodely and Ameican Systems were courteous , true to their Guarantee and most helpful. It may have taken a couple back & forth emails but as promised, two days later the refund was in my bank! Very pleased and grateful for Explodely's prompt response and outcome.

I am writing this to warn others: Stay away from Explodely.com. This company has been taking money from my account without my permission. I never authorized these transactions, and despite the charges, I have received no product or service in return.
​Their customer service is non-existent. I have tried to contact them to resolve this, but they do not answer. It feels like a total scam designed to trap you in hidden payment loops and upsells. If you value your money and your data, do not give them your credit card information. I am now forced to dispute these charges with my bank to get my money back."

Well at this point this should be my fourth review. But unfortunately you don't know you're getting involved with explosively until you're already involved. They never give you your money back they never give you what they say they're going to give you. I would have said one strike in your out but unfortunately they hid behind the scammers because they are a scammers that back scammers. They don't care about their reviews hey they already got your money.

Scammers

Scammers can't even give back refunds, 3.5 months of trying to get a refund just to have my account reported as spam so they don't have to give back refund. These guys are only scammers

I couldn’t get a refund I was promised for almost a week after more than ten messages!
Refund was finally made but I have not seen it in my bank yet

I've read many of the reviews

I've read many of the reviews, but I feel that Explodely.com is just new and is still having growing pains. From my experience there support staff could be a little better as far as understanding my needs. When I asked for a refund they sent it to me in a timely manner. over all, I think they will get better and better.

Jokes on me, but will be on you if you don’t take this as a warning.

Title: Don’t trust them — promised refunds never happen (1 star)

I bought a service/product from this site and they explicitly promised a refund if it didn’t work. When I asked for the refund they said it would be processed within X days, but it never arrived. Multiple emails and calls went unanswered or resulted in vague promises with no follow-through. Meanwhile they keep finding ways to charge my account. I followed every instruction they gave and kept records of everything — receipts, chat transcripts, dates — but still no refund.

This company’s whole operation feels designed to extract money, not to solve problems. Their refund policy exists on paper only; in practice they stall, ignore, and hope customers give up. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like robbery when you see charges continue despite their promises.

If you’re considering this site, think twice. Keep documentation, dispute the charge with your bank/credit card, and report them to consumer protection if they don’t honor their promises.
