I truly needed help today
I truly needed help today in my funds situation and I applied and got approved. I called to check status and Simon expedited for my application to get funded today. He was extremely helpful and very professional. He even contacted me to let me know my funds will be funded by end of day. Thank you explore credit. Yall surely helped me out!

After several calls and reaching out…
After several calls and reaching out that my funds were not being sent to my account, every single day I was told it was would be the next day. The next day never came, until I talked to Philip on 12/23/25 he was very helpful and got my application approved and pushed through so I’m giving him a 5 star

Pre Approved apps are a lie
Was told I was pre-approved. Jumped through all the hoops for 3 days to be told no but yet said everything was good to go. Definitely some kind of hustle. Pretty concerned they made sure to collect account info to deny me.
