80 hrs.after the ice storm in Granbury, Texas
My name is Joe from Granbury, Texas and after been under the 80 hrs, Of sleet, snow, rain and temperatures as low as 9°, 0° and haven’t been able to work for three days because of the ice storm. I call explored credit and I spoke with Sean. Sean was very helpful. Very understanding concerning what was going on in Texas. Sean help me to pay a portion of my loan in my next paycheck and now I can finish paying my loan off on my other paycheck. I had been really stressing because I miss out of three days of work, but afterI had a chanceto talk to Sean. He made all the difference in helping me out and I was relieved just to know that my check would be a small check. He made an effort in working with me and we solved my payment. I’m so grateful for people like Sean. They have compassion first and foremost they understand and hear what the customer is saying, especially when a customer is asking for help in a time of need. I applaud Sean for being a very good listener and going out of his way to help me. I truly do thank Sean for his help. I pray that the company will acknowledge him for doing such a wonderful job, especially when we ask customers have an emergency such as I was under the 80 hour ice-storm in Texas. Sean is very professional and use his wisdom to solve the problem that I was facing, and he resulted with a great attitude. He deserves recognition, employee of the month. I would like to ask, explore a credit company to perhaps even considered to give him a raise for his is worthy in your company. There are a few but many do not know how to handle or speak to customers.
