ELO is literally the only place I do my online shopping for clothes from. Export quality in reasonable prices. They have built trust among customers over the years. Their app used to have bugs before and so I had to use the website everytime. However, they have fixed their app now and it is equally as good as the website.

I am writing this to warn other shoppers about my experience with Elo (Order #800004377341). I fell for the high-quality, professional images of shoes on their website, but what I received in reality was nothing but substandard, poor-quality trash. The material is cheap and the finishing is terrible—it looks nothing like the advertised product.
When I reached out to their customer support, they were incredibly dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility for sending a faulty product, they repeatedly told me it wasn’t their "fault" and refused to provide a free return slip or pickup. They expect the customer to pay for return shipping even when the mistake is entirely theirs.
It is heartbreaking to see a well-known brand treating its customers this way. They are misleading people with fake-quality photos and then hiding behind rigid policies. Save your hard-earned money and shop elsewhere. Elo has lost a customer for life due to their dheet (stubborn) attitude and lack of ethics.

I ordered 4 products. Out of these, 2 were Medium size, but when I received them, the two Mediums were actually different sizes. The other products I received appeared to be leftover items and were sent in the wrong size.

However, their return policy is good, and I was refunded without any issues

There should be negative stars. I don't even want to give them one star.
Inferior quality stuff, I ordered 2 huddies, they delivered the worst quality huddies, and they were shedding fibers.

Most pathetic experience with elo I have ordered a shirt of 1500 hundred not more then worth of 399 most pathetic and low quality fabric I have ever experienced.

I'm sharing my frustrating experience with Elo to warn others. I purchased two products from them:

1. A pant with an original price of ₹2,999. I bought it at this price and was satisfied with the quality.

However, when I bought the same pant again in a different color, I noticed that:

- Elo advertised the original price as ₹4,999 (instead of ₹2,999)
- They sold it to me at ₹2,049
- But the quality of the second pair was significantly lower than the first one!

I felt deceived and misled by Elo's false advertising and pricing tactics. It's unacceptable for businesses to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and trust.

Bad Customer support. Not Recommended

I recently purchased two puffer jackets from ELO, one in small and the other in medium size.
Firstly, the sizes delivered were incorrect, contrary to my order specifications. This oversight resulted in an inconvenience as I had to return the items. Regrettably, I was charged an additional 500 Rupees due to an error on the part of ELO during the return process.
Overall, this entire experience has been highly dissatisfying, and it has left me with a negative impression of ELO. As a result, I have decided not to use this platform again for any future purchases.

Bad quality with high prices. I purchased a men’s wallet. It was for 900pkr. They guys written on their website that, it is made by pure leather. Not at all, I would say they guys just wasted my 900. Don’t purchase anything from them.

This was my second and last-ever order from exportleftovers (elo). Apparently, there's no option to upload a photo in the review section. These guys know that most of their products do not correspond to what they've advertised, otherwise, they would've definitely enabled the option for uploading the photos. And the worst thing is that I've tried to post my review on their website and when I refresh the page after posting my review, my review is not there. I've ordered multiple products and 2 of them do not correspond to the description. They're completely different as compared to what they've advertised. These people are a complete scam. I wonder how they're still surviving in the market.

I'm very disappointed with your quality of product

The quality was very very poor, shoes, hoodies everything was not even worth Rs.300. I paid Rs.7500 for the complete order and not even a single product matches the sizes nor the quality.
Very disappointed overall, I thought the way they spend a lot of money on marketing, seems like they are just marketing for scamming.

Don't Purchase From ELO, Because of maximum products and wrong size, color, etc. When you give a review on their website. They do not publish it for the public. So be alert! If you have extra money so try it otherwise Don't buy anything.

Cheap website with very horrible return policy ! The description of items on website does not match to the received items. If you order 5 items from elo, believe me you will get 1 or maximum 2 items of the exact size as per their size chart!
Am an expert Amazon + eBay lister.

elo (exportleftovers) ! Wrong Size Chart on each item - Low quality items - Non-professional staff to deal with their clients.
Once they have delivered wrong items to your address, it will be very difficult to return and get your full refund. They will ask you to pay the return postage.
Their items are advertised wrongly and when you show them proof, they will not listen you and will keep asking you to check their garbage return policy.

Not recommended as they are using leopard curior(which is the worst possible curior service), i am very disappointed by the service, never gonna order from here again

Great quality fabrics at the best prices in Pakistan. Return policy not great as buyer has to pay for return shipping.
