Express Exports Reviews

I have used Express Exports a few times over the last year now and I have been very happy with their service. They are always prompt and efficient, and they have never let me down. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable import/export company.

Here are some of the reasons why I am so happy with Express Exports Import Company:

Their customer service is excellent. They are always willing to help me with any questions or problems that I have. They are very patient and understanding, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied.
They are professional and knowledgeable. They have even helped me reduce my import duty by using a cheaper and more suitable tariff code.
They keep me updated with the status of the shipment and help with insurance for additional security.
They are affordable. Their prices are very competitive and for me they have been cheaper than using DHL.
Overall, I am very happy with Express Exports and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable import/export company.

I am not happy with the service I received with this company . I have been charged now three times for a package coming from another country . I am not a satisfied customer.

Fantastic Service.
Fast delivery and great communication.
Our products always arrive in Perfect Condition.

We have used many different shipping companies but this one is by far the best and we will continue to keep using Express Exports.

We would recommend this company to everyone.

I ordered in April a pet bed and never received my order :( I'm still waiting

Five stars but I haven’t had any dealing personally with this company. I’ve only had them respond to an email asking them about a three month old shipment. I found out the company at fault is Expressed Exportz not Express Exports.

Haven’t got my item for 2,5 months, wrote at least 7 times- no answer at all. Lost my money and time.

I would recommend Express Exports without reservations. Neil was a pleasure to work with, helping me decide on crating options and working with me on shipping dates to ensure I'd be on island to receive the package! He tracked the crate every step of the way, communicating with me regularly (despite the time difference between England and Hawaii) and the package arrived at top speed. When there was a hold up due to a duty-processing glitch, he checked in several times until the problem was resolved. A big thank you to Express Exports for your professional and friendly service!

Excellent... problem free with realistic prices and good communications they're easy to talk to and they will always help find the best solution.

GReat shippers!

Express Exports give a fantastic, personal and responsive service. No small detail is too much trouble. They are excellent at keeping the customer informed of progress at all times (without being asked!) and provide an efficient, friendly service which is great value for money. We will use them again.

A friend of mine recommended Express to me some years ago and I've been using them to ship motorcycles to and from the USA ever since. It's sometimes not the easiest process and Express handle everything with professionalism and good humour on both sides of the Atlantic.

We have been using the export and import services from Express Export for many years. They have always been absolutely amazing. They know their business back to front and will go the extra mile to help with any situation.
Highly recommended !

Thank you Express Export for all your past and future help

Very good team, great service - offering not only good service and rates but also support, suggestions and advice when needed. Always quick response which is very important for us.

Friendly and efficient service by all staff at Express Exports takes much of the pain out of our export business!

Had a large heavy parcel to ship to the UK from the USA. Some of the quotes I received were astronomical. Express Export Services made the whole thing easy. Great price. Helpful staff. Package delivered very quickly indeed. I will use these guys again. Absolutely BRILLIANT! (Not often I say that!)

I have been working with Neil at Express Exports for over 5 years now. Undoubtedly the BEST in the business. Shipping overseas can be a real headache. Neil and his team makes this really easy, every step of the way. From collection to your doorstep they do it all.
Brilliant Neil, keep up the good work

A courier company you can trust to go that extra mile!

We have used Express Export for a number of years. Shipping time sensitive Exhibition stands around the world. The team have always surpassed expectation and are very thorough and helpful

Express Export Services Ltd are real people you can actually talk to over the phone and also get the best price from! After trying so many companies that just wanted to fob me off saying "Just email us your enquiry and someone will get back to you at some point!" and just endlessly hide behind emails and not actually speak to me over the phone, Express Export Services were the ONLY ones who actually spoke to me properly over the phone for as long as I needed and had a solution to EVERYTHING! After only 2 minutes of speaking to them they immediately made me feel at ease! I will ONLY be using these guys from now on!
