I purchased an American Fender Telecaster from Express Music a couple of weeks ago. There were two that I had my eye on, but I couldn’t decide on which one I wanted. However, I spoke to Harriet and she very kindly offered to have the two played side by side to let me know which one sounded the best. The one that was selected for me does indeed sound great and I’ve been playing it all the time since it arrived, which was the morning after I ordered it. Great, friendly service and knowledgable staff. I highly recommend them. Thanks again!

Great customer service and friendly staff! The returns service couldn't be any easier.

I bought an ES335 hard case but had to send it back as my guitar didn't fit. Express Music were more than happy to offer a return and gave me the refund.

It turns out it was my own fault that it didn't fit, so here's something to look out for. I bought a Epiphone Casino (1997 Peerless) and from my reading online everywhere that lists the models says that the ES335 case is the correct one for Sheraton, Dot & Casino models. Now Express Music don't say it fits any specific model, but as I assumed my reading elsewhere to be correct I went ahead and bought it. It turns out that an ES335 case is too big for my particular Casino by about 2cm all the way around. Lesson learnt; don't believe that the majority are correct, and check the actual internal dimensions of the case against the dimensions of the guitar!

Thanks again to Phil at Express Music for taking the return. Would buy from them again, but only after doing better homework myself and not making assumptions!
