Please avoid it made the mistake of depositing over 8k and when I finally won $7126 and went to withdraw was told 7-21 business days my withdraw request was made on April 6 2026 when I reached out to support today May 6 2026 was told the same as other people have stated (delays in processing times and security checks) when i finally got through to a "Support Specialist" the live agent cut off the chat when I tried again letting the AI agent (Jade or Mia) know my chat with the support specialist was cut off and I didn't get to read the reply the tried to connect me to the support specialist again and again the chat was disconnected as soon as the agent took call now they have disconnected live chat completely and I can no longer reach any support. My account was fully verified and I did not accept any casino bonuses so as to not have to meet any requirements. I'm so upset especially at having deposited such a large sum of money then to finally win most back only to find out I've been scammed 😫 my live is now in turmoil and the stress and depression is very overwhelming 😢 im on the verge of a mental breakdown and also feeling suicidal because of this situation I will try to reach out to my bank to see if I can file charge backs for my deposits however its very unlikely I will ever see any of that money again as it was done through etransfer through my banking app and it has been over 30 days since I made those transfers. £533.87 withdrawal pending for over 21 days with no resolution.

Initially, I received repeated generic responses stating the withdrawal was “under review” or in a queue. Despite multiple follow-ups, the casino has failed to provide:

* Confirmation of approval
* Any explanation for the delay
* A clear payment timeframe

Communication has now stopped entirely.

No additional verification has been requested from me, and I have fully cooperated throughout. I have also raised a formal complaint with Casino Guru due to the lack of progress.

Very concerning experience — withdrawals do not appear to be handled in a transparent or reliable manner.

I made one withdrawal which I receive in 7 days. I’ve now requested to make another and 13 days later I’m still waiting. I will keep an update if I receive money, fingers crossed I will.

Seen alot of bad reviews i put some money on this site, and withdraw £300 as i normally would and noticed it was taking a while i decided to come here and people are saying they never recieved there money. However after checking my spam folder every now and again i was eventually granted my withdrawal it took a total of 14 days so its not a scam just takes a while. Hope this helps, Luke.

Please do not waste your money here it really is a scam like everyone else is saying also website changes web address. They tell you 7-21 days for a withdrawal to be processed. It's not true. Also like everyone says there's no humans to contact just chat it's who tell you same story every time you complain. Please be wise and stay away! If by any chance I do receive my withdrawal I will update
