This was an appalling clothing company. I ordered one of their highly priced dresses and needed to return it due to the size. There was no return information given and I tired to contact them several times within the 14 days to no avail. I believe this company scams in this way
Pretty but high price for the quality
Perfect timing, pretty item. I would however prefer a higher quality of fabric for such a high price. But I must say : it looks rather beautiful.

Very bad
I returned two dresses 3 days after recieving them. I was not refunded (they were ordered in June). I have sent 2 emails to this company along with a photo showing proof of postage, proof the items was delivered back to them and a photo from royal mail showing the photo had been delivered. They have not replied to any emails. I've now had to open a PayPal case to get my money back.

DO NOT BUY
Your customer service is non responsive, the articles of clothing that got delivered do not match the pictures, and you've disabled the return portal. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise it looks like a scam website.

I ordered a dress for my hen do which when it arrived was beautiful. I cannot fault the quality of the dress at all, it was just slightly too big on my upper body.
I requested an exchange via their website, they provided the returns label etc, and I returned the item via InPost.
Within 3 days the item was returned but I received no communication from Extro&Vert that the item had been received or that an exchange item had been sent.
I chased this up twice through their website but received no reply. I followed this up with an email to their customer service but received no reply. I rang their customer service yesterday and explained the situation, I didn't receive an apology for my poor experience which I find really disappointing.
As my hen do had already passed I requested a refund instead of an exchange which has been received today hence the 2 stars instead of 1.
I feel if I hadn't have chased this up the request for an exchange/refund would've been lost and they'd have kept my money. I've never had such a negative experience with any other retailer.
If you're happy to risk it to potentially receive a lovely item then fair enough, but if there is anything wrong with it then be prepared to chase customer service and have a poor experience.
