Excellent in all aspects. My case was not straight forward as I have had lasik around 25 years ago. The preop consultation and advice was very clear and thorough. I was given good care during the op and Mr Quah’s competence and experience resulted in a very good outcome.

Two previous clinics said that they couldn’t deal with my cataract surgery as I have a stiff neck. Mr Goel found a solution straight away using an adjustable bed! He then carried out two procedures resulting in 20/20 vision in both of my eyes. Throughout the procedure I found him caring, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

The Eye Correction centre has been fabulous. Say has now corrected my uncle, my own and now my mums eyes - we all have perfect eye sight. Cannot recommend Say and his team highly enough for the professional service.

After attending an appointment with a well known national eye surgery clinic, I came away feeling like the whole process was a bit like being on a conveyor belt, it all felt a bit rushed and impersonal. My gut feeling was telling me not to proceed. Instead I contacted the eye correction centre and made an appointment with Mr Goel. From the outset it was a totally different experience. He was extremely thorough and talked me through the pros and cons of lens replacement surgery. I had numerous appointments prior to my surgery as he needed to treat my dry eye first. The surgery itself was completely pain free and my eyes recovered very quickly. The dry eye problem persisted which did initially negatively impact the sight in one of my eyes however further appointments and treatment over 12 months to resolve this, ultimately ensured near perfect vision. I would certainly not have received this kind of service had I had my treatment elsewhere. Although the surgery was slightly more expensive than other companies I looked at, you certainly get what you pay for with Mr Goel. Both he and his assistant looked after me extremely well and I am so grateful to them for their care.

Had a referral to see Mr Hickley at Spires Cheshire Hospital. Mr Hickley was very welcoming, calm and reassuring and I didn't feel rushed.

The best thing I’ve done, wish I’d done it years ago it’s great waking up in the morning and been able to see without having to put contact lenses in or glasses on. Mr Goel was great every step of the way talked me though the whole process step by step and constantly reassured me. My cataract surgery was a very good experience with an excellent outcome. Mr Goel was very thorough with pre and post operative checks, always prepared to answer questions and made me feel confident about the surgery. The admin staff were very helpful and information and appointments were sent promptly. Many thanks to all those involved.

Excellent consultation with my 91 year old mother, accompanied by my wife. Clear options outlined, and the best way forward agreed.

The parking was good as was the coffee/tea whilst waiting. Lindsay who tested my eyesight was really approachable as was Mr Hickley, they both made me feel relaxed and gave me all the information I needed. I will definitely be having my surgery at The Spires in Warrington.

I saw Mr Say Aun Quah after researching many Opthalmologist due to developing PCO from surgery elsewhere. Mr Say Aun Quah took plenty of time to do a thorough examination and answer all my questions and we agreed laser surgery would be the only thing to correct my PCO.
I booked the laser surgery and although I was very nervous I was put at ease by Mr Say Aun Quah and the laser was totally painless and very successful.

I have to tell you of my very positive experience with Eye Correction Centre at Spire Health Hesslewood clinic.
On Friday 16th Feb,2024 I had laser treatment on my right eye, and Wednesday 27th March 2024 cataract
removal on left lazy eye.
I went for my appointment hardly able to see ,very blurred vision. I met Mr S Goel, he was very reassuring and knowledgeable, he and his team carried out tests etc, he told me about laser treatment ,which I agreed to on my right eye that afternoon.
I was well pleased with result, for first time in months my vision great due to Mr Goel expertise.
On 27th March 2024 I had the cataract removed from left lazy eye, now three weeks later my eye is near totally recovered and thanks to the team led by Mr.Goel. The best thing I did was make appointment with this eye consultant, thank you so much.

Mr Quah is an amazing eye consultant. Very patient explaining my cataract surgery.
