The clothing is good quality, smart and my lad is very happy. Delivery was quick too. What changed a 5* to 3* I will detail below.
It states all over the website free returns and when I emailed them with a query, I’m told they deduct £4.80 if they send out a return postage label to me or I can arrange it myself? There is not even an address displayed to send it too and everything has to go through by email. Im awaiting on a reply regarding this situation because free returns is very misleading if thats the case. There was also a leaflet inside the parcel with outdated returns information. Its been easy to buy but very difficult to send back.
The company has got the products on point but I personally feel like first impressions count when building customer trust especially that first order and based on things not being consistent, clear or transparent, I most likely wouldn’t shop here again because of that.

Been going to EWO for a while and the new sets they’ve just released have such a good quality to them I’ve loved everything that I’ve ordered from them over the past few years

There’s a reason why this is my new favourite brand above montirex and the others and wow have they done it again. Just the quality of the clothes is unmatched and the styling is unreal. Jess from the sales team went above and beyond to have my outfit with me before my birthday and wow did she deliver. Quality amazing and customer service even better.

I ordered a few shorts sets from here, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size in one of the ones I wanted, was contacted by a lady called Jess to inform me of the situation and was advised of different shorts in the same colour and my size, I received my order within two days of placing it, recommend this company as the quality of the clothing are amazing and customer service is top tier I have since ordered more clothing from here and plan on ordering more as they go above and beyond to make sure there customers are satisfied, highly recommended, thank you for your service
