Order not completed at all. took 3 months fighting to approve a refund, then never completed (claimed employee who handled refunds was "in hospital" for 3 weeks). Had to eventually do a chargeback through my bank. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The quality was underwhelming, but all in all delivery was quick and smooth.

Good fast handeling and prep size and fitting was perfect

Ordered shoes and a wig for a con in a month and both arrived at the beginning of this month! Got a Teto wig and shoes, Wig smelled like chemicals, but part of it was premade with glue, so I was aware that it would need to be aired out. The shoes fit good and are decent quality! Overall, would probably order from here again,

I ordered bayonetta shoes in size 9. Good quality and fit perfectly.

I love my Guita from Gachiakuta cosplay. I bought the onesie, wig, and feet from EZCosplay and everything was amazing quality and great fit.

It s been 9 years since I start purchase cosplay from Ezcosplay and I have always found everything I need and when some part of a cosplay were not on the list of available, by asking I was able to get what was missing.
Each cospaly I purchased (clothes, shoes and wigs) were always in perfect condition and arrived on time.
I recommend buy cosplay here where you can get high quality products that will last for many years.

Ordered 1/22/26 (order#900024139) for delivery 3/23/26 (2 months). Website says max delivery time 51 days. Now 3/29/26 and no shipping info. Sent request for status on 3/16/26 and received response on 3/20/26 stating they need more time to finish. Have not been able to contact for further update. They are quick to take my money and slow to respond. I would not recommend buying from this business.

Costume de Black Widow commandé début janvier je l ai reçu 3 semaines après. Semi sur mesure avec les bottes. Très belle qualité de la combinaison, envoi rapide, elle est confortable et les dimensions correspondent très bien. Je suis ravie et recommanderais chez Ezcosplay.

Very wide variety of cosplay clothes, props etc. (even styled wigs!) Ordered a whole set and everything arrived smoothly.

They have their sizing numbers different from cosplay to cosplay for some reason and if you happen to accidentally get the wrong size suddenly when it was the correct one for years, they will tell you it’s your fault and refuse to refund/credit or even return the cosplay. I’ve been purchasing from ezcosplay for years but I will not be doing so again now that I know how they handle issues.

It took way longer then its advertised to be almost 2 months, it arrived yesterday ordered in Jan. So give yourself lots of time and it was a little big (probably my fault I sent in my measurements) its better quality then i thought given the reviews, and I feel bad my husband sent them a nasty email but I never even had a notification it shipped. The product it self is good it looks like the character. The boots fit perfectly! And the wig is nice and comes with a cap. Overall I would order agian, next time not so close to the event. :)

Good material, good looking & ETA very fast

This was my first time ordering from the site, and they were absolutely wonderful. There aren’t a lot of pre-fabbed cosplays out on the internet that do plus and/or custom sizing, so when I saw one of the only sites to have what I was looking for was also plus size friendly, I immediately hopped at the chance. I ordered Guita’s onesie from Gachiakuta in 2xl (since I’m on the larger side), but partway through the tailoring time I was worried it wouldn’t be big enough, so I emailed the site asking if there was any possible way I could change my order to a 3xl. Not only did they respond promptly, they happily accommodated my request even though they were almost done with the original order! Fast forward to when I finally received my onesie, and I’m overjoyed to find that it fits me perfectly, not to mention it looks and feels super high quality as well! After I tried it on and found it fit, I almost immediately went back to the site to order the matching wig and shoes! This is going to be my first con cosplay in years and it’s going to be perfect all thanks to ezcosplay! Thank you so much!

My boyfriend buyed me a dress the 10th of november, we are the 23th of february, its been three month, we have send multiples emails (one in december when it didn't came in time, one in january and one last week) to ask when would the product be shipped and never got answer, and we couldn't be refunded either

The sizing charts are a joke. If you’re any more than a size 6, stay away from this place. I ordered a Mira cosplay (XL) and the only parts that properly fit were the wig and accessories. I have to use a black cropped camisole from my closet because the undershirt provided fits like a training bra (I’m a 36DDD).

On top of that, I can’t get into the skirt even when I suck my stomach in. Now I’m spending more money just to have it tailored because you’re charging an arm and a leg for a cosplay that properly accommodates midsize/plus sized customers. Either properly advertise your products to a realistic clientele or shut down. Shame on you.

The wig I bought was great quality and looked really good. It held its shape really well. I got a lot of compliments on it at the convention I went to.

I was browsing online for a wig for a cosplay that I wanted to do. Came across this site, they had a great selection and had the perfect wig for what I had in mind. They even styled it for me, which was a great help as I wouldn't know how to do it myself. I highly recommend them

I bought an Advent Children Tifa cosplay from them and it's actually not that bad. The shorts don't fit though, so I'll have to buy a replacement for them, but other than that I'm pretty happy with the cosplay.

I paid for a custom cosplay with custom measurements and by their own timelines the cosplay was set to arrive on time for my pre-planned event (I ordered well over two months in advance). Two weeks before the event I noticed the order still hadn't shipped I contacted them and asked what was happening and they told me they needed more time and the cosplay would take another THREE WEEKS to finish. I explained that this wasn't ideal given they had not updated me on the delays in good time and I would now be unable to attend my event due to the delays. They were absolutely not sympathetic and refused to offer any kind of compensation for the delay. Flash forward to a week after the event and the cosplay finally arrives. It's completely damaged (like entire accessories snapped in half, pieces missing, zips completely broken) and despite me giving my measurements a few inches BIGGER than my actual measurements the cosplay was still too small! The cosplay was also made with a completely different material as advertised and looked nothing like what was shown on their site. Three months later and I'm still struggling to get a refund after sending the cosplay back... AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
