Ink leaked severely after opening causing my hands to turn black and ink to get on various surfaces in the immediate area. Contacted the company looking for assistance, but they would not help in any way.
The company is wonderful. I had an issue with 1 ink cartridge not working. I reached out to them and promptly handled the issue. I received a replacement and then some. I really appreciate their services. I will recommend them to my boss, co-workers and everyone that I know. Theywent above and beyond and I really respect thier commitment to quality!!! :-)
Getting an answer email was a joke 2am answers and vague. Guess i order wrong size so I have to pay return postage plus restocking fee cause I opened the box. Was going to order again but decided will just trash it and be done with the company. Took a week after vague messages to find out about returns.
We had emailed E-Z Ink informing them of an error with our delivery. With all transparency, we placed our order through another site.
E-Z Ink quickly returned our email & allowed us to choose which resolution option best suited our needs.
E-Z Ink handled themselves with integrity & honesty. They claimed total responsibility for our order, including any mistakes that were made, regardless where we placed our order.

Absolutely sh it. Played the old switcharoo on me. Spent 15 quid on semi permanent tattoo. Got an 80p cheap one. And they ignored me after seeing I'd purchased just straight up blanked. Don't use these people
No product revived after back and forth about my address. Then no response, no product and no refund obviously. Terrible

Ink is good once you get it installed into the printer; however, when I took off the orange plastic seal, a bunch of ink shot out onto my hands and all over my carpet, so I wasn't real happy about that.
I have bought the 5 Pack Toner Cartridge (TN221/TN225) and I must admit that the colors do not work and all I get a very dark page once I use the colors.
EZink's printer ink is second to none in quality. Also, their ability to override Epson's software blockade of independent ink suppliers is nothing less than impressive. Changing Epson ink with EZink in my Epson printer was easy and flawless. EZink is my printer ink supplier from now on!!!
