Bought a lovely bed and mattress from Sharon in Derry who helped us efficiently and with great customer service!

Furniture good and as expected but it came in a ridiculous amount of non environmally friendly packaging that made me feel guilty and detracted from the pleasure of the purchase

Visited EZ living for first time today. Beautiful store in Derry Northern Ireland and lovely staff. Grace was so approachable and helpful and looking forward to receiving my new coffee tables .

We had two failed deliveries. When the chairs arrived the amount of packaging was ridiculously excessive. Each had a complete roll of bubble wrap a mattress topper and cardboard. It took two trips to the dump to dispose of the stuff. Finally I was charged £16 for the times I had to telephone them to expedite my order. Wouldn’t use this company again.

Chairs delivered lovely but 1 was minus it's cushion customer service phone number did nt work I got through eventually to 2 of their branches and they said they would get customer service to telephone me that never happened and I am still waiting
on a response to my email

We visited Coleraine EZ Living and we’re kindly approached by Chris who advised us on the range of outdoor furniture. He noted that we were interested in the model on display and kindly, seamlessly organised a collection of the floor model for a reduced rate as there was a fantastic sale on. We were advised of the options and timeframes of a new model however we opted for the floor display. A gorgeous shop and fantastic staff. He kept us in contact throughout the process and we’ve collected our furniture this morning!

Lovely product (hanging chair called Fiji).
Took a while to arrive, and a hook was missing. Replacement sent promptly, but unfortunately my house number and road was left off so it took a bit of investigating. Excellent customer service.

I was in the Derry store and Caoimhe helped me pick out a beautiful dinning table. I showed her pictures of my space and gave her the measurements. The table is a perfect fit. Thank you again I will be back again

I visited the Derry store today and was greeted by Grace who was very helpful. I’m moving house in august and will need different pieces of new furniture. I will be back to see her when I’m ready to order. Lovely store and lots of lovely furniture. She was able to tell me the few things I looked at were in stock too which was great.
