Gel polishes are next level!
The products are incredible. I literally cannot get enough of the gel polishes. They last so long and the colours are absolutely stunning and so opaque. Above all, the girls at Ezmio are so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your experience is next to none. Will be an Ezmio user forever! X

Gel remover is a game changer
Have been using Ezmio products for a few years now and absolutely love it. The ease of application means that when I decide to change the colour of my nails so frequently I do very little damage to them. The gel remover is a game changer! Means I save lots of money by not going to the salon!

Ezmio saved my nails !! I have severe eczema and dermatitis but after purchasing my own kit from ezmio and started doing my mani/pedi’s myself; my hands don’t burn anymore & no more flare ups! My favourite brand ever.

Absolutely love Ezmio. I’ve been using Ezmio products for 1.5 years. As a graphic designer, Ezmio has given me another way to exercise my creativity that isn’t work-related. I love doing my nails with all the colours, tools and accessories Ezmio offers. If I ever have trouble with something, the Ezmio girls are so easy to reach and they’re always eager to help. Now that's customer service
My nail lamp broke after 4 uses. I contacted Ezmio and within a day a new one was sent out.
This is the second time I have contacted them about my order and their customer service is outstanding

One of the owners is a massive bully…
One of the owners is a massive bully but thinks she isn’t. Even though she bullied a friend of mine to the point of calling her a narcissist and badly guilt tripping her! I’ve seen the messages and if anybody is a narcissist it’s her.
My friend needed to see a psychiatrist for the stress that it caused her.
This business owner does not know how to handle customer complaints and constructive criticism!
She takes it extremely personally and lashes out…
She continued causing trauma when she cancelled an order my friend made a few days ago. Personal attack much.
She will come across as sweet, knowledgeable and kind, but if you offend her in any way at all, she will pretty much abuse you, that’s the technical term for what she did to my friend.
She is extremely insensitive and should not be a business owner.
I would just like to also point out that other people have come forward to let me know how they were spoken to when making a complaint about a product or needing a replacement.
Very unprofessional and mean.
