Amazing colours, amazing quality great service would 100% recommend and buy Again!

We’ve had 2 sets of ezy dog chest plate harnesses and shock leads for 8 years and they are still going strong. We love how well made and strong they are and also how easy they are to put on and get off. Plus they look fab! We have just ordered the express harness with personalisation and love these too.

I’m a big fan of using ezydog products for my spaniels. I’ve got harnesses, leads, long lines and collars from them. Particularly like the Oxford leather collection. Have had the brown one for three years now and love using it.
Bought a new black one this year for the new puppy. It turned out to have faulty stitching and broke. Very impressed with this company, I sent pictures and they immediately arranged to have a new one sent out and it arrived within a day. Their guarantee is to be trusted :)

I ordered an Ezydog chest plate harness for my puppy, and a ‘Friday’ denim collar (could not resist it), from the Ezydog website. The collar is so cute and the harness is easy to put on; an absolute must for a young puppy who thinks everything near his face is edible. I love both these items and as he grows I will continue to buy Ezydog products. They are excellent quality at a good price. Quick service/delivery too.

Bought Ezydog for years but this is the last time. After buying a Pink harness and some black name tags for it in the Black Friday. I double checked before paying with PayPal. My fault I didn't check after purchase as I thought I wouldn't need to check after purchase .
I had to chase up the order to see where it was only to be told the printer was broke. Next day my order arrived only to my dismay the tags were brown. I emailed only to be then told the printing department where actually on holiday but once back, I saw what could be done, but it was my fault and screen shot my order. Yes the fact that I didn't check my email receipt was my fault but the glitch on the site during their busy time wasn't. I was very annoyed at the tone of customer service. I then emailed today to say I will be returning it only to be told no refunds . So because of their glitch in the black Friday sales I am out of pocket and extremely disappointed in their "customer service" Merry Christmas
***********************************************I appreciate your reply to this review but if you looked into my issue then you will find I was not notified about the issue . It was only became chasing it up myself that I was given the story about the printer being down and then the printing department being on holiday.
As for any future purchases that will not be happening. You've lost a very loyal customer because of the lack of respect and lies. I was told you would try to help once the printing department returned from their holiday but I've heard nothing more.

It’s a very good quality lead made out of thick material. The bungee part I was really excited for and it exceeded my expectations, I am able to not get dragged if my dog is ever pulling on the lead, and I have time to react and control it. It has made our walks so much better, enjoyable, and way easier! Worth the money.

My order never arrived it was sent to someone else with my personal information on the invoice inside the order My name home address my email address and my phone number.
A couple weeks later a order arrived at my address of which I hadn't ordered for someone else with all the personal details of that person in the order I did complain but the person I was complaining to wasn't really interested will never stop with ezydog again they have no respect for your personal information.🥶

After an issue with the first collar that was sent out a new collar was sent and received in 2 days with no hassle whatsoever. Really appreciated the swift response

All three of my dogs use these harnesses and have been doing so since they were very young. I only use a harness for the car, but find them easy to put on and they do the job well. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
