Gav is an absolute pleasure to deal with, always there and happy to help and reply no matter the time of day, never pushing a sale all about the customer and that's a skill in its self, totally trustworthy and reasonable and that's why several of my family members have used him now and spread the word, it's not a sale with Gav, what you get is a service and a good one at that , 110 per cent recommend him to anyone wanting a nice timepiece. Gav has been great from the start. I found a watch on Facebook marketplace and contacted him about it. I told him what I was after and he showed me a few different options. We weren’t able to make it to our face to face appt but he was so understanding and instead set up a video call to go through the watch and any questions we had.
