Enjoyed our stay in Bristol at this fabulous apartment
Enjoyed our stay in Bristol at this lovely first floor apartment. Spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a break away. Completely agree with one of the other reviews; best bed ever! So comfortable!
Great location and permit was arranged. A swim at The Lido is a must, just around the corner. Everything within walking distance, if you can brave the climb of the hill on way back up from city centre. Would stay again.

We're delighted you enjoyed your stay at the apartment and found it spotlessly clean with everything you needed for your break. And we have to smile at the "best bed ever" comment — it seems that bed has quite the fan club now!
It's also great to hear the parking permit was sorted smoothly and that you got to enjoy a swim at The Lido just around the corner. The hill on the way back up from the city centre is certainly a workout, but it sounds like it was worth it for such a well-located stay!
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience — we'd love to welcome you back for another stay.

We stayed for a week in flat 4 of this…
We stayed for a week in flat 4 of this property in a very pleasant part of Bristol. It was well equipped and comfortable, with everything we needed for our self catered visit. The location is quite central and is well placed for exploring the city. There is reserved parking for each flat, important in such a busy area. The team were friendly and responsive to the few queries we had. Thoroughly recommended and would certainly stay again.

Lovely little flat for my bday weekend
Lovely little flat for my bday weekend. Parking available and was also sorted for our other car. Clean and comfy. Could do with a fan mind! Loved the area, would recommend Highbury Vaults pub, the Bad Squirrel for a yummy snack of poke bowl or an amazing club sandwich. Must do is brunch at the Crafty Egg, outstanding. Bristol never disappoints and despite the heat a not too long a walk to Clifton for a view of the bridge,

We had such a wonderful stay at this…
We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment in Bristol. From the moment we walked in, it just felt right, spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly welcoming.
The apartment is very roomy, with two perfect bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms, which made our stay really comfortable. Everything was absolutely spotless, which we really appreciated. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into keeping the place in such great condition.
What we loved most was the interior. It’s stylish, warm, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a real home rather than just a place to stay. We genuinely felt relaxed here.
The location was also perfect, right in the centre of Bristol, which made it easy to explore everything the city has to offer.
We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bristol.

A nice big house
The location of the house suited us, it had plenty of room for 6 people, there was a large garage, ideal in a city where parking a car can be difficult. The place was clean.

Great Location
We stayed at Kingsdown Parade for 10 nights whilst a relative was admitted to Bristol Heart Institute. Great location for the hospital - only a 10 minute walk away and Bristol City Centre in walkable distance. Onsite parking was an added bonus. There is a shop and a pub within a 5 minute walk from the flat which was really useful.
The flat itself had everything we needed for our stay. It was light, modern and airy. We were able to wash and dry clothes easily in the flat due to it being warm and having a large clothes airer.
Communication was great from the host and any queries were responded to very quickly.
Only downside was sometimes the noise from the other flats - doors slamming etc.
Overall a comfortable stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

Comfortable flat
We spent a few days in the Kingsdown Road flat, beautifully clean apartment, had every thing we needed. The chaps at FabAccomodation were very attentive checking that all was ok when we arrived and responded promptly to our e mails. The neighbourhood was quiet, within reasonable distance of Bristol city centre and for us very close to our son. Will use them again.

I have been staying at this serviced accommodation for the past 11 months, and it has truly been a seamless experience. Transitioning from a short-term guest to a long-term resident can often reveal cracks in service, but here, the quality has remained remarkably consistent. It's very close to Aztec West Business park
