I ordered The New Year’s miracle personalised book for my son on 13/12/2025. Order #16209 As of today, 03/01/2026 I have not received the item. I contacted the seller on 26/12/2025 to try and resolve the issue, but received no response. This has been a very frustrating experience due to the non-delivery and poor customer service. Do not recommend this company.

Truly beautiful product, super fast delivery and just incredible likeness - lots of oppurtunity to tweak likeness also. Great delivery time also - loved the AI option to add items into an image also. I added our pet dog. Gorgeous gift

This was my first time ordering a personalised book and I absolutely love it!! The images look just like my son and you have completely control of how your child appears on the pages before the book gets set to print. I order the New Year's Miracle book and really love the storyline.

You can generate various expressions for your child for each page they appear on and the AI technology means you can make small changes to the rest of the image. Printing and delivery was super quick - I ordered the book on Tuesday and received it on Saturday!

Some people may think it's a lot to pay for a book but it is personalised so we'll that I think it's worth it. This particular storyline is also beautiful but I know that there are various themes/storyline available for purchase!

I ordered a personalized book for my sister's son, and he absolutely loved it. The quality is excellent, and the story, which includes his name and photos, feels truly special. It was such a meaningful and memorable gift. Thank you for creating something so beautiful!

My granddaughter just had a little photo shoot, so I had a lovely picture of her face to upload, then very easily navigated the customisation on the site to produce the book. I opted for hard back , paid extra to remove adds.
Then waited ...patiently... for it to arrive due to the busy period of December .
I was not disappointed, so lovely.
My 6 year old granddaughter asks father Christmas for no more then 3 things, he may not be the one to bring them but will make sure she gets at least one.
She asked for new clothes, a surprise and book.
Now all have been fulfilled. 😀

Received an exquisite book earlier than expected. Beautifully illustrated with lovely photos of my granddaughter. She will be amazed!

These books are brilliant. I’ve ordered 2 for my 6 year old for Christmas as he is good at and loves reading. I can’t wait for him to receive these. We have used another company before to make personalised stories which he has loved - but the illustrations in these ones are simply beautiful and so life like. Really happy with them and can’t wait for him to see them. I just wish there were more stories to choose from so I can keep ordering.

Straightforward interface to enter name, age and upload photograph. Photo editing options given when stepping through the pages, ending with final confirmation to print. Delivery to my home address in 3 days was impressive. Quality finnished product.

Found this on FB and thought it would be a great Christmas gift for my daughter . Received it after 4 days of placing the order . I have no regrets . The photos looks just like her and we love it ❣️ I would definitely buy again .

Just used this company to get a special book for my 3 year old granddaughter. Supplied the photo and reviewed the book. When it arrived it blew my socks off. Absolutely stunning and love it.
Would love if they done one with unicorns as I would not hesitate in buying it.
The art work in the book is amazing and the story is brilliant. Wish I had found this earlier, but going forward. Now I have found you, I will be back.
