I recently purchased a property in Liverpool with the help of Matt and Lynn. it took around 6 months for the process to complete but Matt and Lynn and super helpful throughout the whole process providing support by chasing solicitors, making sure the sellers were kept informed and also keeping informed. i aldo had the opportunity to meet Matt in person last year which made me feel confident i was in good hands even before i found a property that i liked

I’ve dealt with Fabrik Property Group for some time and have always found the team approachable and professional. Whenever I’ve had questions, assistance, communication has been clear and the team have taken the time to help where they can. Property Investment can sometimes involve situations outside of an agents direct control, so for me, having people to communicate with and provide support is important. Overall my experience with Fabrik has been positive and I’ve appreciated the support provided by the team.

I’ve just completed my first investment purchase and refinance with Fabrik Property Group, who have been truly fantastic from start to finish. To begin with, I had a 1-2-1 video call with Matt Harper-Penman, who showed himself to be both knowledgeable and considerate from the first. During this call he provided me with a range of below-market opportunities and his appraisals of each of them while recognising my situation as a first-time investor. Right from the off I felt that I was in the safest hands in the industry.
Once I had made my choice, we proceeded with the purchase using all of the contacts in Matt’s phone book. I truly don’t know what I would have done without his locuplete network of property professionals; it’s the sort of resource which might take a lifetime to acquire, and I’m so appreciative that he made it available to me.
Once the purchase had been completed at well below the market valuation using a bridging loan arranged via yet another of Matt’s contacts within the industry, the refinance process began and I was introduced to another excellent member of the Fabrik team named Lynne Whittingham. All went smoothly with the refinance until, right at the moment of completion, the lender MFS entered administration, and I was left fearing for the future of my investment. However, with Matt and Lynne in my corner, I needn’t have worried. They sorted everything, finding another lender in a matter of days and keeping on top of the whole process so impressively that the entire situation passed without engulfing all of my waking hours, leaving me free to deal with my day-to-day, safe in the knowledge that I had the best team in the business going into bat for me. I now have my dream first investment property, and I owe it all to the brilliance of Matt and Lynne at Fabrik, whom I very much look forward to working with in the future.
