Nationwide Professional New Home Snagging Service. We offer a full snagging service, using drones, thermal imaging cameras(in appropriate conditions), socket wiring checker, laser an spirit level, door gap checker, tape measure, laser measuring device. We do a full visual inspection to confirm conformation with regulation, and and for damage and finish. We email a report, and post out 2 paper copies. There is no deposit to pay. We do the survey, then ask for payment before sending the report.

WOW!
Let’s start with a simple, easy to understand and clear headed review… WOW!!
I was browsing a website (Facebook I think) and by chance came across FabSnagging and once I sent that first message little did I know that I was making one of the best decisions I could have done when it comes to buying your first home and a new build also. Straight away I could tell Steve was genuinely wanting to help my partner and I through the difficult streets of purchasing a new build home.
When I first saw the price list I was dubious but 30 seconds after Steve left I knew it was money VERY WELL spent.
Steve arrived on time with “Bruce!” And was polite and respectful of not only our home but our level of knowledge and therefore guided us through every step of the way even if it meant him getting back home later. Without Steve we would not have anywhere near the amount of snags not only identified but currently being worked through and therefore our home would not be up to standard.
Anyone thinking about getting a home snagged stop thinking and book Steve because it’s not only going to blow your mind what is found but your piece of mind will be well worth it.

FABSNAGGING does what it says on the tin!
I Found Steve at Fab Snagging through a New build Facebook group, and i am so glad we did. Reasonable clear costings, a thorough walk through finding snags i wouldnt of dreamt of finding. Thermal imaging, pictures and a very clear discussion of any faults found. Steve is a lovely warm gentleman who explains things in a precise clear way to even the most uninformed of persons, me! The report was sent that night via email and a printed copy arrived 2 days later. I would happily recommend FabSnagging for any new build buyers, it gives you the peace of mind for such a large purchase and also allows you to send an email copy of the snag report straight to the customer care team at your house builders office for them to get working on straight away.
