I recently ordered from smile therapy last week based on positive Google reviews. I was told my order would be delivered next day however this wasn’t the case.

I looked online and came across these reviews and I was honestly scared thinking I’d be scammed and regretting not using my credit card.

I emailed the company first and explained the situation and they wrote back to me within 24 hours telling me that a lot of products they are waiting to have in but my order would be delivered.

I was still doubtful but this morning I received the whitening strips in one parcel and the tooth cleaner in another parcel - not sure why they were delivered separately but I’m ecstatic.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the reviews on here almost led me to request a full refund, a small panic attack worrying I’d be scammed and almost called Barclays to start a big issue. When the reality is, at least from my experience, this is a genuine company and the products are easy to use and I will definitely order again. I would recommend that instead of reading the reviews and panicking, contact the company directly to discuss any concerns with delivery timescales.

It would be minus they state next day signed but don’t use that as it’s not a tracking number until attempted delivery I have not received my order I have contacted them three times and now the email address does not go through wish I’d checked trustpilot first robbing scammers don’t buy from this company is there anywhere they can be reported, an update
I managed to send and email with a photo of a letter I intended to send them at their Suffolk address Lp11SS stating it is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015
They now say they have issued a refund

Don’t fall for this scam.
I first initially bought this product to help my teeth as I had noticed some staining that I couldn’t get rid of between a chipped tooth and the reviews promised everything that I was looking for.
I never received the item despite it saying delivered and once I got In contact with customer service it was absolute shambles.
Firstly they didn’t even read my email and would just send the same spam email they send to every other customer with the same issue so I would have to email again asking them to read my original email.
Secondly, they basically said how once the item has left out of their hands that it’s nothing they can do and to “make a claim with the post office” yet LEGALLY this issue falls back onto the retailer to handle the situation yet they were refusing to be co-operative and handle my situation.
I am appalled with the customer service and the way they have gone about my situation,
The website and reviews are completely fake it’s a total scam.

I had a look on trust pilot and saw many other reviews stating how they don’t send the product and they refuse refunds.

My friend had bought one the same similar time that did eventually arrive however it’s just a huge vibrating tool that does nothing and I’m sure it could be quite dangerous as it’s so powerful it could probably knock your teeth out if held the wrong way. I don’t think this product is safe for your teeth at all but I guess it was a blessing in disguise that it didn’t show up.

Good communication, quick delivery and cheaper than competitors. If I'd checked trustpilot before placing my order I wouldn't have gone with this company. I was expecting the worst, so I was pleasantly surprised to get an email with my tracking number and then a parcel through my door.

This is an obvious scam, with fake reviews on their site. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!. I will be writing to Dr Abdul Razak ( companies house) to attempt to get my money back, not holding out much hope

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with - I wish the Trustpilot reviews were more obvious before I placed my order. All the reviews on their website are clearly fake and they pick and choose which ones to show.

They have been extremely difficult and unhelpful when I have been trying to get a refund and have ultimately stolen my money as I have sent the product to them and they are refusing to refund me. Absolutely terrible company!

Don't ship goods to you, terrible

I found this company on line with excellent reviews so I stupidly placed an order, then I checked them out on TrustPilot so I quickly emailed them to say I wished to cancel my order, and it was obvious all the fave reviews were fake, I also stated that my bank would be requesting the payment was reversed, don’t know if it that worked but I was lucky and got a full refund.

Bought the ultrasonic tooth cleaner, what an absolute piece of rubbish, doesn’t do anything so contacted customer services the next day to return it as they state 30 day money back guarantee, to be told they can’t accept returns if used, no way to write a review on their website so all the great reviews are obviously fake, do not buy from them as you will not get your money back

I ordered a product, the company sent me a different one. So I emailed them (assuming it was a genuine error) to ask them to replace it. I was more than happy to return the incorrect item.

They responded to say, the one I ordered wasn't in stock, so they sent another.

I asked them to replace with my original order and they expected me to pay for the return of the incorrect item. We went back and forth with several emails, but they were adamant that is was my responsibility to pay for the return.

Do not use this sham of a company.....the most shocking customer service ever!

Absolute sham of a company! Emailed them two hours free placing an order to request they cancel it after I saw reviews online from other customers. No reply.
Emailed them after I received a shipping notification asking them to cancel. No reply.
Contacted them through their website a few days later. No reply.
Emailed again (been ten days since original email). Shock horror…no reply.
Will be applying to my bank to reverse the charges

Fake website with fake reviews. Hence it’s a scam.

Bought the one product they sell, wasn’t convinced, requested a refund and complied with all the condition for return on their website, but they are refusing to accept it and process a refund.
Guessing they’ll drag their heels until 30 days is up, then say the returns policy doesn’t apply… very poor service.
