Extremely happy with the Faces app
Extremely happy with the Faces app. So easy to use and it has all that you could possibly need for anyone in the beauty/aesthetic industry. Booking system/access to products and prescriptions/help and advice/rewards and one of my favourites are the forms are already done for you. Mine needed updating so I’m really happy about this.

Excellent app
Excellent app! It's simple to use, quick, and makes the whole booking process hassle-free. Its exactly what I needed for making sure I have a client card on file without the monthly fees like other apps. Just send a link to clients no need fo them to faff about downloading an app or signing up

Ordering fridge items
Ordering fridge items - I placed an order £400+ & I had the delivery turn up warm after being stored incorrectly (despite the label instructing to keep refrigerated). This is to no fault of faces as the courier did not handle the package how they should have. Danica ( from faces) arranged a collection for the unusable items and replacements where arranged. I am very grateful FACES understood the frustration this caused me, to no fault of myself or faces themselves, but corrected this for me. However I do hope that they look into what company they use to transport fridge items to customers in future. Thank you for the amazing customer service Danica !!

I’ve been using faces for 2yrs now and can say the company is amazing to deal with always so helpful and quick at replying to any queries I have I use them for my online booking system which is so easy to use unlike others I’ve tried I also have the finance option which allows my clients to pay for there treatment in instalments which is great for them and brilliant for me, I use them for everything now as it’s everything under the one roof I can’t praise this company enough. Thanks faces consent you make my life so much easier even consent forms are sent to the client so no cluster of paperwork. Amazing 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
