Faces has been an absolutely fantastic products provider. The prescribers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help, which makes such a difference in practice. The service is consistently excellent—efficient, reliable, and professional from start to finish. If a delivery ever goes missing, they’re on it straight away and resolve the issue quickly, which gives real peace of mind. I couldn’t recommend Faces enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy and high-quality provider.

I’ve been using Faces for over a year now. I love how easy it is to get used to the calendar and booking system. Being able to share my booking link definitely helps me get extra custom.

I am so pleased that I was introduced to this app on my course (Jessica Megan). It does everything that you need! Bookings, forms, shop for products, prescribers...the lot! And it's FREE!! I am absolutely non technical and even the simplest of technical tasks blow my mind but Carren in customer services has went above and beyond to help me, not just for one day but until the matter was resolved, could not praise her enough

Quick and nice everything what I need

Have used faces since i qualified 2 years ago! And love it! So easy having everything in one space!

I absolutely love using the Faces app for my beauty and aesthetics business. It has genuinely made running my clinic so much easier and more organised. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and keeps everything in one place, which saves me so much time day-to-day.

One of my favourite features is the shop, being able to order products quickly and conveniently through the app is a huge plus. Even better is the seamless link with a prescriber, which makes the prescribing process smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Another feature I really value is being able to easily access medical forms, consent forms, and send aftercare instructions electronically to my clients. It keeps everything professional, organised, and ensures clients always have the information they need.

Amazing service

If I could give a zero I would. The online payment service (for me) has never worked, in 2 years I have had to always phone up to make payments which is incredibly frustrating as they don't always answer the phone, and sometimes don't answer WhatsApp untill the next day. I always complain about this as I loose my time limit and products don't get paid before the cut off time therefore affecting my appointments. I'm always told that my feedback has been sent to the relevant team and it will be fixed... Almost two years later and I still have to phone up and no one answers the chat. Then I feed this back to them which is completely ignored. They don't train their staff properly and their service is extremely poor.
